Glenn Hotel

We stayed here for one nightand it was really horrible. They told us that the rooftop was for "Ultra-VIP's"??!! Aren't paying hotel guests supposed to have access to the amentities?

What a joke!

Also, the carpet in the room was stinky, horns were going all night, and the room was as small as a bathroom.

Not worth it at all.

I liked the Bar in the glenn the best. Bathrooms were nice too.

I liked the looks of this hotel and it sounded really nice, so I made a reservation to stay overnight for a friend's birthday present, holding with a credit card. Upon check-in, we were told the a/c was not working in our room, and were offered a much smaller, less expensive room, which we refused. We believe they simply gave our room to someone else, instead of holding for us. The manager did say he could get us a reservation at the Ritz Carlton and would "walk" us down the street to it, which we also refused. Needless to say, this completely spoiled my present and we were disappointed. Never again will I try to make a reservation at the Glenn Hotel.
