I recently had Bob come out and give me an estimate on my railroad tie retaining wall,or crubmbling wall.He was the best price for what had to be done.I also had a sink hole on my hill in the backyard.Bob was going to grade off the hill and repair the hole at the same time.The hole is in a position that can only be accessed by going across the top of the hill and across the neighbors yard on top of the hill she would not give permission to go on her property.So Bob had to bring dirt from the street and set it as close as he could and move by hand to fix the problem.The 2 men crew set the ties,and finished the wall.I am very pleased with the way it looks.I would not hesitate to be used as a reference if needed i have pictures also.

Atanta Flatworks and foundations is a no-nonsense Company. They have poured walls,driveways, curb and gutter and slab on grade for me. They have always been on time and budget as well good quality. I would reccommend them to anyone.

I again called on Bob for some assistance in the finishing stages of leveling my back yard, 13 truck loads later (21 in all) and 2 full days of work from Bob completed this project.
The yard now looks great and I'm again very pleased with the work and price. Yes, I have already asked Bob for estimates on other projects that I have that need to be done. A very reliable and efficient company and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a basement slab installed. The quality of work was beyond what I expected and the price was very reasonable. I will difinitely use them again.

I had an existing driveway with a drainage problem. Bob gave me a good plan and the low bid. He was responsive and met all of my timetables. He replaced the driveway and the new one looks great.The drainage problem is fixed. I would highly recommend him.

Atlanta Flatworks and Foundations are absolute top notch in their industry! Not only did they provide us with exactly what we were looking for in the time frame in which we needed to have it, but exceeded our expectations. Bob is as knowledgeable as they come in his craft, and has a true eye for design . He and his staff are of the utmost in integrity and professionalism as you will find. We plan to use them in all of our future endeavors!

Bob designed and constructed an unbelievable outdoor kitchen and patio for us at our Alpharetta home. We enjoyed the entire process. The team that Bob brought to our home got the job done right and quickly. They laid the pavers and poured the concrete like a work of art. When it was time for them to move on, we were all a little sad to see them and Petie; Bob's dog, go, especially our youngest Nicky . However, we were excited about the future in our backyard. My tweo boys are CONSTANTLY having kids over to cookout, hangout and just enjoy being there. THANKS Bob and TEAM- it was well worth the money! Thanks again
