Hit or Miss
The service dept is hit or miss, we have had good experiences with them but on the other hand we have had problems more than once, the most recent problem is that after we took our car in for an oil change and routine service we discovered that they had left off the oil cap and we had greasy finger prints inside the car. I called to complain but the associate I spoke with did not seem overly concerned with our problem.

Great service department
Servicing my vehicles there for 10 plus years. The service department is great and the people are always so friendly. And if there is a problem they bend over backwards to make things right. The switch from doughnuts to fresh fruit was a nice touch.

BE VERY CARFUL THEY ARE GOOD CHEATERS.
I am one of the customer for sandyspringstoyota ATLANTA. I was told that my credit limit is light and i will be getting a loan for high interest.after 6 months when you pay the loan you credit will go high. After 6 months When I called the bank and enquired about the payoff amount they said that 13500$ is the amount of loan taken. The amount was suppose to 9000$.
When I called back and made a trips to showroom I came to know that with out my knowledge they had applyed for 5 year warranty. the certificate they gave to me was only for 3 year/ 36k miles. When i told them to cancel the Warranty I lost 400+ $ from my pocket. I dont recomend any of my friend to buy a car from this Show room

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
I'm going to keep this short, but I have never experienced such miserable and insulting customer service as I did when shopping at this dealership. I was so insulted by the sales rep R.R. that I had to take my business to another dealership. He said he didn't have time to help us if we weren't going to buy from him that day. We'd been there less than an hour. After I told him we needed to actually look at some cars first, he said he didn't have time for this and walked away. So did we.

Worst after sale service. Hang up my call twice
Stay away from this dealer. Very bad attitude once you sign your name. Played nice in "good guy, bad guy" trick when trying to make the deal, all but turned to the "bad guy" once I agreed to buy. Transfered my call to nowhere or even hung it up twice.

Surprisingly Great Experience
I just bought my new Sienna XLE from Sandy Springs Toyota and can't speak highly enough of the transaction. The best part was Don Ramsmayer who is in charge of the internet sales. Not a car salesman, but an engineer by education, he can inform without the slimy pressure so common at car dealers. I also have to say I got a GREAT deal. This was primarily based on a mistake in their advertising so I know not everyone would do as well. However, they honored their mistake without too much drama even when it cost them to lose money on the deal and I really respect that. It's a tough economy so don't waste your time and money in the wrong place. Please payback these guys for doing right by me and my family by bringing them your business. You won't be sorry.

Bad experience, push and lie from sales person and sales manager
Last Sat. I had a bad experience in Sandy Springs Toyota. The sales person, whose name sounds "wade", makes me disappointed.
We came to Sandy Springs Toyota to look for a new car. The sales person brought us to the car garage, pick one car for us, and let us drive it to the front door. Then, we followed him to the lobby. We had little communication. He started doing paper work. We had no idea about what he was doing until he asked for my SSN. I stopped him and inquired the price. He said he would not waste the time on negotiating the price of this car. I did not believe he had the front to have those words, especially when his manager stood beside him. He also stated that the dealer would loose $1414 after sold this car. I will never believe a dealer will loose money when they sold a car. I felt we were cheated by a stupid lie. We don't like this sales strategy. Unbelievable, the manager stood beside the sales person and supported his statement. After I told them I could not accept the price they offered, they said we could not have a lower price. If so, they will give us $10.00. However, they said if I left we could not have the price anymore. I felt that was ridiculous and could no accept any push from them.
Eventually, we left, we found a lower price, and we will never come back. No only us but also our friends.
