I looked in Kudzu and called the top two rated wildlife removal companies to see what was up as I was hearing "activity" in my attic. Sean, Animals B' Gone, came out after the 1st company gave me a one page "quote" with very minimal info on what they would do for $1,600. I received an e-mailed 11 page document from Sean that same day with PICTURES showing the damage and other areas of concern. I choose Sean due to his professionalism and that he proposed far more work for only $20 more than the 1st company. Sealed a 1" gap between roof and outside wall of 185 linear feet, used metal mesh on gable vent, 2 roof vents, and replaced 18 feet of soffitt & painted! Also did several other repairs not included in quote at NO cost! Best thing is he put a one way "exit" from the attic after sealing it up so mom & kids could leave but not get back in, NO trapping needed. GREAT job, one day to complete, follow up attic inspection and another e-mailed conclusion report WITH pictures of completed work! Includes a LIFETIME transferable warranty also. DON'T use anyone else!!

While in the process of getting my house ready to sell, I discovered that I had bats in my attic. Based on the great reviews on Kudzu, I decided to hire them to do the exclusion work. Ken and his two man crew came out on a very hot, steamy day a few weeks ago and spent over 4 hrs. sealing up all of the points of entry around my home. They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and extremely hard working. They go above and beyond what is expected to ensure that their customers are 110% satisfied with their service. One week later, Shane and another man came out to perform a level 1 decontamination in the attic. Again, they arrived on time, were very professional, polite, and went the extra mile (without charging me extra) to seal up some large areas under my gutters that had inadvertantly been left open by my builder who was doing some repair work on my house. Throughout this whole process they stayed in constant communication with me either via phone or email, and, after the job was completed they still followed up with me to make sure the "beasties" had not returned. Their full exclusion offers a lifetime warrenty, which is an added bonus. Having to spend this kind of money ridding your home of critters is never a happy surprise, but, for anyone needing this kind of service, I would highly recommend Animals B'Gone to do the job - their customer service is top notch.

The crew that came to my house worked great. We had a problem with Roof Rats and we were so tired of the mess that they were making. The crew showed up as promised and did a great job at removing the unwanted guests. We will use them in the future.

Shane and his crew went above and beyond. They took care of bats in our garage and roof rats in the attic. Sealed the whole place up tight. Arrived on time, did what they said they would do and more. Even repaired a damaged gutter. Gave us a great price, too. I hope we never need this kind of service again, but if we do, we'll definitely call Animals B' Gone.

I used them because of all the positive reviews on Kudzu. They were absolutely as good as the reviews said. Pricing was fair, response/customer service was great, and the work was done well. They went above and beyond to do some repair work that was outside of their scope of work. I would highly recommend them.

The crew is punctual, responsive, hardworking and honest. There had been roof rats in our attic. We went with Animals B' Gone to performed a full exclusion on our home to prevent roof rats from getting in. That included reinforcing the drip flashing installed by our roofers and installing their rodent guards for us. They then set traps in the attic, basement and garage. They also performed a level one decontamination in the attic which included cleaning areas without insulation and disinfecting and deodorizing the entire attic. Their full exclusion work also carries a limited lifetime warranty with no annual renewal fees. The price for this type of project is not cheap, but after interviewing other contractors, we decided they would provide the best value. The result was quality work completed in a timely manner at a good value.

Sean and his crew successfully sealed a tricky, century old Victorian, evicting squirrels and roof rats. They were professional, provided a very detailed estimate, and communicated effectively throughout the process. Their work was done well, and looked great. They even installed new gutters with leaf/rodent guards. I would definitely recommend them to anyone expecting great service.

Sean and his crew did a excellent job ridding our attics of flying squirrels and roof rats, very thorough. They did a full decontamination,rodent gutter guards, new insulation, carpenter bee treatment, and cut back some shrubs close to the roof. Sean is very responsive and answers all questions. They even pointed out something they broke and immediately pointed it out to me and fixed it the next day. Great price with a lifetime warranty. would recommend Sean and his crew if you are looking for quality service.
