Staff was great, doctor was rude
I saw doctor Sutton for the 2nd time recently. I had seen him once before and found him to be helpful and pleasant. His office staff is wonderful - everyone there has always been extremely nice and helpful. On this past visit, I was having a procedure done where they insert a scope through my nasal cavity down my throat to examine my vocal chords and test their reactions. Dr. Sutton kept telling me to try not to swallow. Unfortunately I have a very keen gag reflex and could not help it. He asked me why I kept swallowing. I would think he would have understood - it can't be the first time it's happened. When he was finished he told me he was unable to get a reading because I was "uncooperative". I think it is inappropriate for a doctor to chastise me for something that was unintentional and truly just a natural reflex. I will likely return to the office, but it may be a while before I feel confident about my choice to see him.

Happy we chose Dr. Sutton
I must tell you that we were happy with our experience with Northwest ENT. From the beginning the staff was friendly and polite. We met Dr. Sutton and liked him right away. He performed surgery on my son and daughter to remove their tonsils on the same day. I would use Dr. Sutton again and I highly recommend him. Thanks Dr. Sutton for a job well done!

AWFUL, AWFUL treatment
I saw Dr. Whitaker as a basis to get an Open MRI of my brain, because my audiologist is concerned I have an acoustic neuroma - tumor. I waited 2 hours in a patient room for nothing because the MRI place messed up my name. Okay, that was the MRI place's fault. Dr. Whitaker said she would call me the next day, when she received my scan report. Well, 24 hours after my initial appt, I had left 2 messages and heard nothing. So, I drove over there to speak with them in person (because I called the MRI place and confirmed that they had sent the report...and they did the NIGHT BEFORE). So, Dr. Whitaker was just fine with making me wait an uneccessary, additional 8 hours to call me with the results. IT'S A POSSIBLE BRAIN TUMOR! I would think that calls for a little more consideration. But she does not have that, nor does she have the expertise to deal with it-IMO; she's a facial surgery/plastic surgeon. NOT the same type of area. I'm disgusted.

Dr. Elizabeth Whitaker Is The BEST!
I have trusted Dr. Whitaker to perform surgical procedures on two of the most important people in my life, my husband and my youngest daughter. What more can I say. She is the best. She also cares for my oldest daughter, my parents, and myself. Just wonderful!

Locandro and Sutton are tops
I visited Northwest ENT about a year ago for help with a chronic sinus problem. I saw both Dr. Sutton and Dr. Locandro and was very pleased with them. Dr. Sutton was especially good at asking me questions about my condition and really listening to my answers. Dr. Locandro performed my nasal surgery and I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon.
