Mr. Moss handled my recent divorce. He and his assistant Jane managed all the "special circumstances" of my case with professionalism, compassion, courtesy and integrity. In the end we avoided court and the settlement agreement was what I'd hoped for. His partner, Mr. Rothenberg, also provided me with some assistance in a real estate matter. We have hired Jeff for a few cases and I've started to realize that he is very experienced and very efficient in what he does. Experience is very important and Jeff not only has the experience, but also has the thinking capabilities that can make or break a case. We have used Jeff a few times in the past and I have nothing to say except for good things. He is very kind and understanding. I'd want Jeff on my side. Thanks for all you do and your dedication.

I have never met a more dedicated, hard working or honest person than Robert Moss. He worked closely with me on 3 cases dealing with family law. I was happy with all the end results. I also have recommended him to friends who often on the first round decide to try another lawyer, to have them coming back and filing their case with Robert. The end result: I have only heard positive results.

The practice is warm, inviting,friendly, personable, and extremely professional. They keep on top of the issues and always keep you involved and in the loop. They are ever-present to serve your individual needs at any and all times. They know their business and at the same time break it down into plain English for through understanding. I have contacted Mr. Moss for a few different issues. He has been knowledgeable and helpful regarding each situation. Last year I went through a very difficult divorce which included a restraining order against my ex-husband. Mr. Moss listened to each situation and supported me during this time.

The only word adequate enough to describe my experience with Robert Moss and his assistant Jane is EXCELLENT! My case is unarguably one of the most unusual a lawyer will ever encounter, to quote Robert “This is the worst case of parental alienation and abuse of father’s rights I have ever seen, unbelievable!” I came to Robert almost ready to give up after going thru 2 lawyers with 2 of Atlanta’s top firms & hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees, so poorly represented that my only hope was Robert Moss could “fix it” and move on to the real issues. At times I thought we would have to give up however, the support, knowledge, professionalism and personal attention Robert and Jane gave to the issue got me through. Robert’s performance at trial would have made for good TV if I wasn’t personally involved. They expertly riffled thru thousands of pages of documents in argument, leaving nothing unanswered. Roberts’ skill, tenacity and fiery persistence on redirect broke down opposing testimony with concrete proof on every point. He believed in my case, took time to research, understand and present it to the Judge in such a way that I was finally heard. WE WON!

I have employed Jeff Rothenberg for legal assistance in my small business. Jeff's work was done quickly and his fees were reasonable.
