Nicholas responded to my initial call promptly, did what he said he would do, showed up on time, followed up per our agreement, and was pleasant and personable. He got rid of animals in the attic.

Had rats in attic space. Nick came out and did a good job of blocking off the entry points where they were coming in. He shows up on time and does what he says he will do. He also gives a 1 year guarantee with his workNice guy who knows his business

ANC provided knowledgeable and meticulous service dealing with a "squirrels in the attic problem". Almost 4 weeks have passed and no more squirrels. It is not often that you find pleasant, diligent and knowledgeable folks in the service industry. Mr. Smallwood is one. First rate!

Nicholas did a great job last fall ridding our home of an infestation of squirrels and rats in the attic and garage. He was great about following up to make sure the problem was fixed without lingering issues.

well I had rodent problems for awhile one company came out and charged me outrageously to fix the problem and here it is six months later and still have them A.N.C was referred to me from a friend nicholas showed up on time done a couple of things to help me for a low price and was honest and explained that my boards were rotted and i was planning on having a new roof put on soon anyway nicholas told me to wait for his work because it would just be more money I would spend and not solve the problem so after I get my new roof on I will call him back and get the rodents took care of I really appreciate his honesty will leave another review when it's all done THANKS VERY MUCH, DIANE

had problem with critters in attic nicholas identified it was squirrels and gave us a reasonable quote for what needed to be done and solved our issue quickly now we are squirrel free THANK YOU VERY MUCH
