BB's Carpet Cleaners

Being a former Carpet Cleaner myself, I can without reservation recommend BB's. They use only the best equipment-Truck Mounted Steam Cleaning. Sergio's expertise is trememdous. He knows exactly how much solution to use without over wetting your carpet and to get them incredibly clean. He is fast because he knows what he is doing and always makes sure the customer is satisfied. I have used BB's services for several years and would refer Sergio to my family and friends. He is very honest and of the highest integrity. Give them a try and you will never use anyone else again.

My husband called BB's on Monday afternoon and they were able to come on Tuesday to clean our entire house! Sergio called 1 hour before he was to arrive and was here at the exact time that he said he would be. He was very professional but at the same time personable as if we had known him forever. He cleaned 5 rooms, 2 hallways and 2 sets of steps in the blink of an eye! We had a few bad spots in the upstairs living room and he concentrated on them and was able to make our 9 year old carpet look like it was BRAND NEW! In the downstairs the carpets were extremely stained and dirty. The downstairs carpets hadnt been cleaned in at least 3 years and they also look BRAND NEW again! My tenant is extremely happy as are my husband and I! We will definitely use BB's again as well as refer them to all of our family and friends! Sometimes the "big name" companies are not the way to go. You get more personable service with BB's. THANKS SERGIO. Cant wait to see you in a few weeks to clean our upholstery on our sofas.

I hired BB's to do a carpet job because I thought it would be a one stop shop. I was satisfied with the stretching, but the cleaning was not done well. I still have dark areas in the light carpet that are not stains, but traffic areas. I asked if a hot water extraction method was used and was still unclear on that answer. I hired another contractor to come behind BB's for the cleaning. I had seven areas that needed to be cleaned and it only took an hour and 1/2 and that time included the stretching. I do not feel they are the most professional when it comes to cleaning and have no plans to use them in the future.

In response to the response, Please show me the e-mail where I stated that I was 100% satisfied? Secondly, I was only being polite when I thanked you for providing an invoice that should have been done one site. FYI the company that I hired to come and redo the job that you attempted to do with the cleaning has always used a truck mounted systems and I see a great difference in the carpet that you supposedly cleaned a week before they came out. They took their time and it took them 1 1/2 hours to clean four areas because they took their time,their work shows it. I am still baffled that it only took you 1 1/2 hours to clean 7 areas and stretch the carpet. I gave you credit where it was due and was truthful about any statements made. I found a company that takes pride in their work and I trust while I am not on site to manage their work.

I can't say how much of a lifesaver they were for us. The day the flood happened, Sergio was at our house giving advice and helping us rip out carpet. He provided fans and a giant dehumidifier to help us contain the damage and to dry out the basement. We were so lucky to have him help us. He stayed at our house past 7p to help and was on to another flood victim after he left our house. We feel his prices were fair and he worked like crazy! Thanks!!!!

I would definitely recommend & would use BB's Carpet Cleaning again. Sergio did a great job in cleaning, explaining the process and reviewing his work with me. Very nice to work with.

I just purchased a short sale home which had very bad carpet stains - everything from melted candy, pet stains, to dark spotting and Sergio was able to restore my carpet to like new condition. 90-95% of the stains and spotting were removed. Sergio spent a total of 2 hours on my entire home and was very pleasant to deal with. I was up front with my carpet problems (on the phone) and he was well prepared and spot on with his phone quote. Will use this service in the future!

Sergio did a great job on my dirty carpets. He got rid of all the stains. I have 3 boys! I liked that he did not charge for everything separatley. He quoted me a price and that's what I got. He was quick and professional.

B&B's carpet cleaning was a great experience. High end product with all new industrial equipment. Price represents the quality of service, and I am willing to pay more for a good service every time. They took the time to even steam my tile floor!

Sergio was professional,prompt & informative.He made my dingy carpets look great if not new. No up-saleing. He did the job quickly & thoroughly.He made sure I understood what he did and the things he was not able to do & why.(I didn't expect a few of the stains to come up)
He also came VERY far out of his way to do the job.
I will gladly use this company again.
