Perseverance
Rob did an amazing job getting my house refinanced. I had some very specific challenges due to rental property, and even when it looked as though there was no way this was going to happen, Rob came through. If he didn't truly care about this, it never would have happened. He was great!!

It Took Time, And Patience, But Rob Did It!
Rob and his team took the time to find the right mortgage program for our buyers. Our buyers were thrilled and so excited; not only about their payments, but also about the ease of the process. Rob even joined us at the closing celebration. Most lenders don't bother to show up anymore. Thanks Rob!

Superior Mortgage Broker

Quick and effortless
Rob was able to beat the rates of the big banks and get me closed in a timely manner. Even with today's mortgage scrutiny we only needed to meet once prior to closing. Need I mention no application fee?
