Dawn and Terry are truly gifted and sincere individuals who were incredible to work with. Our bathroom renovation was completed in no time and everything planned in the initial stages carried over into the final product. We could not be more happy :o)

We remodeled our family room with Environs Residential Design & Construction and were thrilled with the results. We went from old white carpet to a beautifully installed stone floor that will last because Terry Kitts has the construction expertise to make sure the supports in the basement were adequate.
Designer Dawn Landau guided the design of the room to perfectly suit our style and budget. We love the paint color and the furniture she suggested. Her help with layout and scale saved us time and money.
They are a talented team who works together so well to accomplish the job on time with a realistic budget leaving very satisfied customers.

Although we did not proceed with our plans for an addition, we think the team at Environs deserve an A+ for professionalism, customer service and innovation. They are a wonderful blend of great sense of style and construction know how!

I would reccommend working with these guys - very professional and hard-working. In today's market there are many opportunities to get a good deal on a house, but some people lack the time or skill to manage a project. That's where these guys come in. They'll broker a deal to buy an undervalued house, renovate it and do the financing too. Really great people to work with. If you have a vague plan for how to carve a great deal for yourself out of today's real estate mess, but lack the specifics, give these guys a call. They'll make it easy.

Dawn and Terry helped us completely renovate a forclosure property (also known as buyer-based rehab). Terry did amazingly detailed work on all of the new systems and carpentry and Dawn helped us make some beautiful choices with paint colors and finishes such as lighting, cabinetry, counter tops, etc. We were amazed at what they could do on our budget and we couldn't be happier with our stunning new home! On top of the amazing finished product, Dawn and Terry are just a lot of fun to work with. Fun, personable, caring, and patientextremely patient!

Environs also gets the highest marks for creativity, patience, good listening, good humor, and reliability. Terry oversaw the construction personally and Dawn brought in all the extra touches that gave us exactly the room we wanted. We would hire these folks again with no hesitation and in fact, we plan to do just that!
