RPM Tree Service

RPM Tree Service was my fourth estimate among five companies I contacted to remove four medium size trees from my backyard. The estimate also included two small trees and one large tree from my neighbor’s yard. Much to my surprise, the bid from RPM Tree Service was several hundred dollars cheaper than the two lowest bids (Matthew's Tree Service and R & R Tree Service) and almost 50 percent less than the two highest bids (Appalachian Tree Service and Timberline Tree Service). I quickly discovered that the pricing at RPM Tree Service cannot be matched by the local competitors. As such, I scheduled an appointment with Perry. I found him to be prompt, professional, polite, very reasonable, and extremely knowledgeable about trees. Two days later, I received a written estimate and proof of insurance via email. He and his crew were very conscientious, prompt, and assiduous completing the job to include an excellent clean-up in both yards in about two hours. And equally as important, there were no hidden charges, expenses, and/or surprises at the completion of the job. I paid exactly what was quoted in the written estimate. In summary, I am very satisfied with the job in general and RPM Tree Service in particular and would certainly recommend them to anyone who may need tree removal or grooming service.

RPM Tree Service offered superior customer service from beginning to end! Monty was extremely knowledgeable and helped answer any and all questions promptly. He went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable with every step of the process. His prices were very reasonable and met my extremely tight budget while no other company came close. Even the crew is very professional on the day of the tree removal. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy; no request was too big or small. They worked in a narrow space and were able to protect some of my tomato plants too. The clean up afterwards was so good that I felt we got a free landscaping service (which was an extra bonus). Needless to say, RPM Tree Service went above and beyond to exceed all my expectations and I would gladly use them again (and refer them) for any future tree removal & stump grinding needs.

We have used RPM twice for tree removal & stump grinding, including recently taking down 4 large pine trees in our front yard. They did a good job of working to avoid damage to adjacent landscaping that we pointed out. There were also power and phone lines that they had to avoid. They did thorough job of cleaning up afterwards. Most importantly, they make sure you are satisfied when the job is done! They are very knowledgeable and professional, and their prices are very competitive. We will continue to use RPM in the future and will recommend them to anyone that asks.

I would recommend using Monty for tree removal and stump grinding. The price was several hundred lower than other estimates and cleanup of our yard was superb.

After a really bad encounter with another tree service I found RPM through a neighbor and we will never use another tree company ever. Dealing with them has been a pleasure from start to finish and when the job is done there isn’t any debris to be found. Working with RPM has been like working with old friends that you can trust and not have to worry if they will do the job right if you aren’t there. One of our larger pines fell on our house during a storm at 2am in the morning. I called RPM and they were there at daybreak and with the help of a crane they had the tree off the house and removed later that afternoon. We are close to having all of the pines removed and when we are finally done it will be a sad day because we love working with this company.

I have lived in my home 31 years and have prior occasions to use a tree service - but none as good as RPM. Fair pricing! Great clean up! No need to hire a separate company for stump removal! Will recommend to anyone.

RPM Tree Service is officially my favorite tree service. Not only do they do a great job but, there work is very clean and neat. I highly recommend them. You will be very satisfied.

We have used RPM on three occassions including once when we had 2 trees fall on our house. They have been very responsive, done good work and charged a reasonal price. Now when I need something, I only call them.
