I had a refrigerant leak in my system and asked Shriver to come out and repair it where others couldn't find it. They did good work and the system still runs fine.
One big problem though. The repairman managed to knock the condensate drain loose by putting some left over flex duct on top of it and didnt put it back in place. 2 days later we had a lot of water damage in the walls of a bed room and the living room directly beneath the drain line. They sent over a guy to see the dmamage and then a contractor to get an estimate. That was the last I heard from them regarding the damage. Shriver called me a month later wanting me to pay the bill and I told them I wouldnt because the damage wasn't repaired. The accountant was going to look into this and never called back either. This was last summer and still have yet to hear from them. Finally, $600 later, I paid a contractor to come out and repair the damages with no help from Shriver. I would have used them again but not if they dont take responsibility for their actions.
