Amy Weeks - Keller Williams Metro Atl

Amy helped my wife and I buy our house almost a year ago. It was our first home and we were both very picky and I'm sure tough to deal with. Amy was unbelievably helpful before, during, and even after the house was bought. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

We moved to Atlanta from another state, and had just one weekend to find a house here. We did extensive online research to try to find Atlanta's best realtor (for us -- we work best with someone who can think creatively and will do "whatever it takes"). I have 25 years of experience working with real estate agents, and found Amy to be the best agent I have ever worked with anywhere. She is experienced, savvy, organized, prompt, efficient, creative, and goes beyond even the "extra mile" at every opportunity, including crawling around in dusty spaces with a tape measure :) She has strong backup from Keller Williams, and her contacts are impeccable (her finance person was terrific). She cheerfully accepted the extra work involved in communicating with us (promptly and accurately) long-distance. She's also upbeat, pleasant, and humorous, which was often helpful during our stressful search weekend. With Amy's help (and our own massive online pre-preparation), we managed to find a house, put in an offer, get a counteroffer, accept it, and open escrow.. in 36 hours. Our friends were amazed! We felt at all times that Amy was working hard to protect our interests. We closed on this house a year ago, and Amy has continued to help with tons of referrals and information the entire year. I would recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell anywhere in the area, and we look forward to working with her again in the future. Kudos, Amy, you're the best!

Amy is a ROCK STAR! She really heard us when we talked about what we were looking for in a house. She found it (and many others so we were confident it was THE ONE). AND she got an amazing price for it! I've never seen a more amazing negotiator. The best part, however, is how comfortable we were in voicing our honest opinions in front of her (unlike many other agents we've worked with). She made us feel confident in our decision and relaxed about a very stressful process. Plus she's hilarious and fun to be with. Love her!!!!

Amy Weeks was amazing from start to finish. I was a first time home buyer 8 months ago, I was really nervous and not sure exactly what I wanted. She showed me many options and made sure each home we looked at was without future worry ie new roof, good foundation, plumbing etc. She responds quickly and is always available. Even to this day I can call her with any questions. She is very personable and extremely knowledgable when it comes to homes and home buying. My experience was so good with her it makes me just want to buy houses all the time.

Amy Weeks was one of a couple of people that I interviewed to be my real estate agent. I was looking for someone that had a passion for their career and I found that with Amy. In fact, I was repeatedly surprised at how intensely fussy Amy was about even the smallest of details. What I liked the most was that she was much more interested in the structural integrity of the house even before anything aesthetic. It was like I was looking for houses with a friend that was also a home inspector. She checks to see that the big-ticket items (foundation, drainage, tree roots, home systems, etc.) are solid before she contemplates home layout and decor. I recall one house that we looked at in which Amy announced that she believed that the house had experienced flood damageeven before we got out of the car to inspect further. She was right, too. Her experience is invalueable and I often got the impression that she was looking for the house and I was just along for the ride. She was like a hound sniffing out problems at every house that we went to and that gave me great comfort that she really couldn't help but do a great job.
On the contract/negotiation side of the deal she was equally impressive. She understands people's motivations and that makes her an excellent negotiator. She was very easy to contact and her personality was very friendly, genuine and determined. I can not recommend her highly enough; she will surprise you.

You can not go wrong with Amy as your realtor. Whether you are buying or selling, she will work tirelessly for you. Amy is very dedicated to each client and always works to get them THE
BEST DEAL out there. She is a tenacious negotiator and will not give up until the deal is the way that her client wants it! Amy is smart and knows the business- two good traits to have in someone who will be helping you spend (or earn) a good chunk of money!

I've worked with Amy Weeks many times and she is very knowledgable about the real estate market. She is also on top of things and seems to be available all the time. I wouldn't use anyone else.

As I first time homebuyer, I can honestly say that I don't think my experince could have been any better. Amy made sure that EVERY little detail was taken care of. I would absolutely highly reccomend her services to anyone looking to buy a home in in-town Atlanta!

First I have state that I'm being completely honest with this review. She helped us find a home in Grant Park and it was "as-is" requiring a lot of work on her part.
Strengths; Amy is one diligent realtor; I was impressed with surpassing what I expected her to do as a realtor. Certainly the most friendly of anyone I've dealt with. To this day, 1Y 8M later she's still running interference with past closing issues.

Weaknesses: None relative enough to note.

I'm tough and will tell an underachiever to hit the road and Amy acting as our selling agent plowed through the down-turning resale market to put our property at the forefront and sell above all others despite the highest asking price among 13 other exactly the same units.

Thanks Amy, we wont need you again!

As an investor it is important to me to have an agent who has in-depth knowledge of the Atlanta intown real-estate market as well as a monitor on the pulse of current buyers. After looking for months on my own for an investment property, I contacted Amy and within 2 weeks I had purchased my first property with her assistance.

Amy knows houses from the inside-out. She showed up with a flashlight and was willing to duck into crawlspaces with me to check out mechanical systemssimply put, there aren't many agents out there who will go that extra mile, much less have inspector-like knowledge to provide instant advice. She has both saved and made me thousands of dollars by knowing which renovations are important and what properties are worth the investment.

When you work with Amy it is clear that she truly has YOUR best interests at heart. For those of us who value our time, working with someone who can quickly distill the gigantic Atlanta market down to what really appeals to you is a huge asset, and Amy does that in spades!
