Carlos was a pleasure to work with. We hired him for two jobs. First to refinish our hardwood floors and second to tile our kitchen floor. The first job went extremely smoothly, very happy with the work, excellent service. Trying to get in touch with him to start the second job was a bit difficult. I left numerous voice messages without getting a reply. That's the only reason I gave only 3 stars for service. Otherwise it's a fantastic company. Carlos is always friendly and polite and if there are any issues he works fast at getting them resolved. Also his prices are awesome. I will definitely hire Atlanta Flooring Service again for any other flooring projects we may have.

We recently had Carlos come by to give us a quote to refinish our hardwood floors. He gave us a good price, and his crew did a very professional job. We are very pleased with the result. Highly recommended!

I just moved to Atlanta a few months ago and we need our floors to be refinish, found AFS. on Kudzu and he came out the day after we called, and was able to sand the floors quickly. He was not only fair on price, but also fixed several wood boards (pet stain problems) . Carlos did a thorough job and worked hard to make sure everything was done correctly. We will definitely continue to work with him in the future! Very Professional and clean!!

Wow!!! What a great job! I loved it! my new hardwood floors(Exactly what I asked for but better)! Carlos and his crew were all very nice,friendly and Proffessional,these guys were great! My neighbor also had her floors done(about a year ago) and we were both happy with the results. No scare tactics to try to sell more. I will definitely call AFS for any future flooring need and recommend them to others.

I hired AFS to install hardwood floors my house. I was very hesitant
at first from all the horror stories I heard about flooring
installation gone wrong. But I must admit I was totally amazed about
how easy the process was. I called AFS and I spoke with a professional
member of the team was given an appointment that was convient for me.
I meet with Carlos who explained to me what exactly the harrdwood
could fit my buget. Approximately two weeks after I signed the
contract with AFS they were at my house ready to work. They totally
renovate my house with my new floors. They were very professional at
all times and moved quickly but accurately. I would totally recommend
this company to friends and family.

My husband and I were very lucky to have found Atlanta Flooring!!!! Carlos was very professional and mostly honest! His crew was very courteous while doing such a demanding job and kept the dust to a minimum. I would recommend AFS to anyone that needs a flooring service! Thanks again for the hard work!

We had a terrible flood in our basement, and I was referred to AFS from a friend at work. Was great! From the start to finish he answered all of our questions and concerns on concret floor. His prices were better than fair, and best of all complete the job in 2 days(1600sf of bamboo floors). He was in and out with no clean up for me. Very Honest & Exceptional Workmanship!,my new Bamboo floors looks great,Thanks Carlos, I will refer you for all my friends!!!!.

AFS not only returned our estimate quickly, they were at our house when they said they would be there and they install our new oak floors quickly. Thank you! I would definitely recommend and am very happy with the service and price.

My experience with AFS was the best I have ever had with any contractor I have ever employed. They were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. The management staff and crew was professional, courteous, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. They answered all questions to my satisfaction. They also kept me informed of necessary repairs(due to the water damage), progress and time line. Their cost estimate was competitive and accurate. They kept true to their word throughout this wonderful experience. The floor installation crew was punctual every day. Upon completion of the day's work, they left my property neat and clean. They were hard working and friendly. The finished product, my new beautiful floor, is now the envy of the neighborhood. I believe AFS philosophy is to give the customer the best product and service possible. He has won my trust thank you Carlos to give my house the beauty!!! that was needed

I recently got a quote from AFS as had been told by another company (who had come out to quote on my floors)that they need to be replaced). Carlos from AFS said that my floor was fine. He did point out some boards that need to be replace but once they sand the floors every thing was going to match and that was it !!!!!!! my wood floors looks GREAT. I appreciate them trying to save my $$ and am happy to throw whatever I can their way with word-of-mouth recommendations!
