Since we have 2 kids, 3pets and white carpet we’ve been tiring carpet cleaning co. for years. Our carpets are finally clean again. We had some spots wick back up. He came right back out to take care of them, they have not returned. He did a great job repairing a seam in some Berber carpet we have. We’ll be regular Fiber Care customers from now on.

Brian arrived on schedule (a big deal for working folks) and did a fantastic job. Won't use anyone else now to clean my carpets but Fibercare. Have used a national service before and cost was much higher and carpets did not come clean. Would recommend Fibercare over any other service.

Fiber Care came to our townhome to stretch the carpet in our bedroom; as well as clean the carpet. They showed up on time (actually a few minutes early), did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. We'll be using them again.

So I chose Fiber Care simply based on the reviews and I must say I am beyond impressed. Let me begin by saying my carpet was AWFUl. I had two bad ripped areas caused by my dog and also dirt, paint spots, and dog urine. I went over everything with them and when I left I was just hoping for it to be "decent". I just got home from work and I am BLOWN AWAY!!! The rips = repaired! The stains = GONE! The smell = wonderful! They cleaned areas I didn't even think they would get. These guys are simply AMAZING!!! The price was amazing. Brian and Mario were both very pleasant and knowledgable. Best carpet cleaning I have ever seen. Choose Fiber Care and you will not be sorry!

Brian cleaned our carpets a couple of months ago and did a great job. After 2 months, some of the spots in the carpet reappeared. Brian came back out and cleaned those spots at no charge. I was very impressed with his customer service and will definitely use him again.

We used the team to re-stretch an entire floor of carpet - 4 bedrooms and a hall. They did a great job - prompt, good value, great job (carpet looks better than new), and most importantly super folks. I'd certainly use them again and highly recommend them to others.

We hired Fiber Care to restretch and clean carpet in our house that had been laid badly years before by the previous owner. They also mended spots that had been damaged. I was impressed with the amount of work we got for the price, and I was also impressed with how quickly they fit us in--as well as how quickly they cleaned and fixed our flooring in three big rooms and a hallway. I will certainly use them again for any of our flooring needs, and I highly recommend them.

Our carpet was in pretty bad shape. Once Brian and Robert were done it looks practically new. They are very professional and take great pleasure in doing a great job. Would recommend highly and will use them again.
