Not being the biggest fan of realtors Ian was great to work with and by far provided more for my money than previous companies. His web expertise is the huge plus though. The traffic on the site keeped people coming and my house sold quickly in an area he really didnt even specialize in!!

I have been on a lot of different real estate sites and this is by the far the easiest to navigate, has the best information and is a very thorough site. I am currently working with one of the agents on his Team and I have been extremely impressed with their professionalism and knowledge of the areas and industry. I will be making a purchase soon and feel confident the process will go smoothly. I would recommed this site to anyone in the market for a home in the Atlanta area.

I have known Ian most of his life and have always been impressed with his energy and enthusiasm. He is always willing to help me or give me advice - his knowledge of the real estate business results in very good advice. Mostly, though, he has great character, honesty, and integrity.
