The best! Awesome listener and very helpful
I have been seeing Deb for almost a year now and don't know what I would do without her. I was always hesitant to sit and talk with anyone but she allowed me to feel comfortable and open up. This has been a trying year and Deb has helped me through it all.

Look no further!
Wanting to find help for my anxiety and depression, I found Deb through this website and took a chance after reading some of the other reviews. After the first session, I was confident I wanted to stick with her through my journey. She is extremely insightful, patient and nonjudgmental, and, as others say in their reviews, she is also very easy to talk to. What I appreciate most about the sessions is that Deb always considers the path of healing that includes body, mind and spirit simultaneously. In addition to working toward the larger picture, she also gives you practical suggestions to try in your daily life between sessions. Some of these have helped tremendously. I would recommend Deb highly without hesitation to anyone seeking help. Other pros: Easy to find; Flexible scheduling; Peaceful and relaxing environment.

A Well Respected Therapist
I have the highest admiration for Deb's work. She has all the important elements that make a really good therapist. She is very easy to talk to. She is accepting in a way that helps you to be more accepting of yourself. She has helpful insight and the ability to help you work through what it is that is blocking you from feeling good about your life. And she is comfortable helping you with the deeper layers of healing.

A compassionate, skillful therapist
Deb is someone who will be there for you. Because trust is so important in these relationships, she will create a safe space to do the work you need to do. Most importantly, she works in a holistic way to heal mind, body, and spirit.

Great guidance for a great life
Deb is a great counselor. She has an amazing ability to listen and guide you towards where you need to go and what you need to let go of in order to get there.
