Training w/ Wud of Superior Physiques
I ran across Wud, the owner and operator of Superior Physiques, at a local restaurant, saw him sitting intently studying up on different training methods and knew right away that this guy was knowledgeable of health and fitness.Not only was he continuing to educated himself on how to make workouts fun, effective, and individualized for each client, but he also looked the part. Looks like he hasn't missed a workout. We talked for a while about some goals I had in mind, he scheduled me for a fitness assessment and eval, which was free, took me through a workout and I haven't looked back since. I have no excuses because he shows up at my doorstep at 7 on the dot, ready to train. After only 2 months, I've already lost 4 inches in my waist and a total of 17 lbs. I have more stamina and can enjoy playing with my kids without getting so winded, my clothes fit better, and my wife has recently hopped on the wagon and we have so much fun training with Wud together and it has strengthened our marriage as well. This is by far one of the best personal trainers I have ever work with. Accountability, drive, motivation, and persistence.
