Liberty Disposal & Recycling Service

I thought I had been paying $45 per quarter for the last three years (auto billing my credit card) and just realized they've been charging $54 per quarter. I'm very upset and they just didn't seem to care. I've canceled and now looking for new service. They told me that they'd price match, but I'd rather give my biz to someone who gives me the best up-front pricing AND charges that amount, not more. Service up until this point was fine.

I switched to Liberty last year, after finally firing Allied Waste for constant poor and no performance. Allied has changed hands once again, underscoring my decision to leave them was sound. I have never been happier with a neighborhood trash hauler than I am with Liberty. They are prompt and efficient, and I know what to expect every time. While they are a bit less expensive than the national brands, they are worth more. This is the kind of service I have always looked for. All they have to do is continue what they've done in the last year, and I'll look no further.

They have TRUE Recycling. I actually followed the truck and they take it to SP Recycling. Kind and Polite drivers. I was trying to carry something heavy the other day and my driver got out to help me cause he knew I was having a hard time. The office staff was so delightful when I signed up for service. Im giving this company 5 STARS!

I have been with Liberty for 2 years now. I have had a few trash companies in the past and a lot of problems. I have never been so happy with my trash before. My trash guys are so great they never hesitate to say hello when they are driving by. If i ever have a question the customer service in the office is wonderful. They even offer the best recycling service in town. THEY TAKE EVRYTHING!!!!! WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL

When I signed up for service, I was assured there were no cancellation charges. However they have recently changed terms that you pay $30 to cancel service for "Trash can pick up and cleaning". Service was okay but to pick up full size box spring, I was charged $10.

We have been using Liberty for 6 months now. Very happy with service. I wish I had a big bin for recycling and a smaller one for the trash. For a family of 4 we barley fill up 1 black plastic bag of trash a week, but we fill up our recycle bin! :) I also got both my neighbors to switch to Liberty. We are all recycling everything!

After using another trash company and having bad experiences, we switched to Liberty disposal. They are always on time, have online payment, and provide good customer service when needed. I would recommend Liberty to anyone.

I switched to them because I am a BIG recycler but then they said they were picking up recycle items only every other week. This doesnt work for me so I'm switching back to WM. WM also offered me a rate of $9 less than Liberty was charging. Liberty offered to give me an extra bin to "store" my recycle items but I do not want to store them, I want them to be picked up! When I called to cancel with Liberty, they didnt seem to care as to why I was cancelling and didnt even ask for a reason. Gave me the impression they dont really care about their customers or how they can keep them.

We have switched companies 4 times,in ONE&a Half years,at a cost to us,to find a good company that does what it claims.The last before LIBERTY was Waste Management,they charged a fee to terminate service)who decided to quit picking up RECYLEABLES "because it cost too much to do",but did not notify customers.They are supposed to offer the service in Cobb County,but are not required to actually recycle it.Who came up with THAT dumb law??? They should HAVE to recycle or pay big.We used to take all our RECYLEABLES to Southeast Recycling.I was telling the office personnel about our disposal company problems,she recommended Liberty, verifying that they brought their customers recyleables to Southeast. We have had great service from Liberty;if perchance they miss a pick up,which RARELY happens,they are there the next day.They pickup almost everything,including CARDBOARD&plastic store bags.If you are serious about RECYLING,you need to be using LIBERTY for it!

We have lived in the area for 28 years and this is the best service we have ever hadand we have had a few. They never fail to come, they put the container back on the side of the yard with the top closed..not rolling around in the street like others we have had.we are in for the long haul with Liberty
