Liberty Disposal & Recycling Service

Recently I switched from Cycleworks to Liberty! I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am with their people and service! Last night I forgot to take the garbage can out. This morning I get a call from a lovely gal named Ashley. The called me by name and said that the guys were out front. I went downstairs and a gentleman named Abdul was there to help!
He took the garbage can up to the truck and emptied it for me because he could see I was struggling. I have never had
such wonderful service from any trash company in my whole life!! Please use this company and refer to all you can! You will not be disappointed!! Price is also right!

I too was tempted by a competitor's offer, but took Liberty's advice and resisted making a decision by high pressure front door sales tactics. I am glad I did because many neighbors who made the switch, are now experiencing problems. I have never had any problems with Liberty, and except for the more competitive price, had no reason to switch. I strongly recommend Liberty to anyone looking for a local waste service which is committed to good customer service, efficient and tidy pick ups, as well as real recycling.

My neighborhood was recently visited by a door to door salesman trying to get us to switch to their company (Cycle Works). I fell for the bate and hook of lower prices and free recycling. Then, I decided to do some research on the company. The reviews were terrible and left me worried. The only reason I switched was because of the lower price. However, when Liberty called me to ask my reason for cancelling and said they would match the other deal I decided to move back to Liberty. Their customer service has always been TOP NOTCH and their garbage men kind and mindful if trash is left on the street. It's not very often you get a call from your service provider caring about their quality of care and how/if they can improve. PRICELESS!

Love that they truely recycle. I actually followed the truck and they take it to SP Recycling. My trash guy never fails to pick up my trash. Kind and polite. I was trying to carry something heavy the other day and my driver got out of the truck and helped me cause he knew I was having a hard time. I recommend Liberty 100%!!!

I used Liberty Disposal for years. After they continued to raise prices I decided to go with another company that gave a better price. Only after I notified them to cancel service did they try to lower the price.
The best part is I am getting charged 30.00 for them to pick up the trash can that belongs to them. I never signed any contract and was not aware of this fee until after I no longer wanted to do business.
I would never consider do business with them again.
Very poor customer service.

We have been a customer of Liberty’s for years. They are one of the few companies that actually send the recyclables to be recycled and NOT to the landfill. Keep in mind that over 70% of your trash is recyclable! Liberty’s pick up crew do a great job of cleaning up any waste that may fail to make it into the truck and make a conscious effort not to block the driveway with the cans. Liberty is the BEST choice for a sanitation company.

Liberty is great about picking up almost any kind of trash and about recycling almost anything that can be recycled. They have the best curbside recycling program that I've experienced thus far.

I have tried other waste management companies in the past. About 2 years ago I made a switch to Liberty, and right away I could see the difference. The customer service people are actually nice on the phone, the pickup service is reliable, and the owners take pride in making their customers happy. I am very picky about who and what I will endorse, and I have absolutely no doubt that Liberty is the best in the business, and if you decide to switch to them, you will be very satisfied.

Liberty is such a wonderful company. They are family owned (and don't just say they are) They actually recycle-which I have found most trash my recyclables! I am green and am appauled by the companies who lie and don't really recycle. They have reasonable prices and NO fuel charges or the "admin fees". Other companies don't seem to care about customer service or service period- they only care about the money! Liberty has been great to me for over a year now! I recommend them to any and all!

I love Liberty. They always show up and when ever I call with a question a real person picks up the phone answers my question. What more could you ask for.
