The Bicycle Doctor

I haven't made any major purchases from Scott, but I've had my road bike in there several times for some minor repairs. The shop can get majorly busy, esp. in the summer, but every time I've been there Scott has made time to talk through with me exactly what needed to be done and why. A couple of times he did the repair on the spot while I waited. He's a very personable and friendly guy, and his prices are always more than fair. I fully recommend the Bicycle Doctor.

I purchased two Blue Triads from Scott and have used him for many repairs and upgrades to my road bike. His prices are great and his knowledge and willingness to educate should surpass anyones expectation! Also be sure to say hi to Sprocket the shop cat.

Brought my 30 year old Batavus racer into this shop to be revived. I planned to give the bike to my son who needs the exercise, but I couldn't tell what shape it was in after all these years. Scott Mosko looked it over and explained what needed to be done for repairs, and the $ seemed reasonable. I came back two days later and WOW did it look and run great! Bought my son a helmet there and now he's off to chisel a new physique!

I came to the Bicycle Doctor from out-of-state because of the great customer service and value. After searching for a specific bike in Nashville TN, to no avail, Scott offered to order the newest model of the bike for me and get it to me at a great price. He was more accommodating than my local bike shop, and it was a pleasure to deal with him. The Bicycle Doctor is a fantastic bike shop with exceptional people.

I had a wonderful experience at The Bicycle Doctor. Since I am new to biking, my greatest fear was taking my bike to a shop and being taken advantage of due to the lack of knowledge on my part. Quite the contrary happened at The Bicycle Doctor. Scott not only provided great service, but he educated me in several areas related to bikes and biking. In addition he fully assembled a newly purchased bike rack and walked me through step by step how to attach it, etc. If you are looking for that "small town" type of service, the Bicycle Doctor is the place you want to take your bike.

Just wanted to pass along what great experience I had with a LBS in Norcross called The Bicycle Doctor. It's getting very rare to find that right person you want to let work on your bike and who offers great service and advise at a reasonable price. So when you do find someone like that you just want to let others know.

Scott was patient with me to explain the situation so I could make decisions and understand. He worked with me on scheduling so I wouldn't be without my bike for more than a day. He made some other good recommendations while I was there to keep my bike on the road for a few more thousand miles, and to save me money. Thanks Scott!

After trying to get in touch with several bike shops to help purchase a bike Scott "The Bike Doc" was the first to respond to my inquiries. He stayed in touch with me and had me on my dream bike in less than a week! The service was comfortable and personalized. He payed attention to my specific needs and desires in a new bike. My shopping experience was so good that my husband bought a bike from Scott the very next week when we had not even been thinking of buying a second new bike. I highly recommend going to the Bicycle Doctor for any bike needs whether they be purchasing a new bike or taking care / tuning up your current ride.

Best (and probably most highly educated!) bike mechanic and retailer in Atlanta metro (and that I've ever worked with in 30 years in the bike world.)

I've worked in the bike industry, have built frames and have enough tools at home to open my own shop. But that wouldn't have worked for keeping the rare folding tandem I needed repainted and rebuilt a surprise for my wife's recent birthday - I needed a bike expert who could take the frame and various parts off my hands, understand what I needed to get done and make it happen.

Scott Mosko, the owner and chief mechanic at the Bike Doctor, did an excellent job outsourcing the paint job and getting the bike back together (even hand-crafting replacement parts) and ready on-time for our first ride.

Best prices in town on replacement parts and a pleasure to work with. Can't recommend highly enough.

Scott (the owner) knows his stuff. I had a repair job that several local shops refused to do because they didn't have the know-how or tools. Scott did it while I waited--NICE! Great selection of bikes & accessories inside--first time I've been to a shop in a while where I wanted to hang out and look at stuff. More than just the typical tubes/tires and $200 mountain bikes. COOL GEAR and Scott is great to talk to. Fantastic shop--Gwinnett is lucky to have this place!

This is the best bike shop around.I told scott what i was looking for and my price range and he sold me a great bike in my price range,he didnt try to sell me a bike i didnt need because of that honesty i bought another bike from him.i live 50 miles away from norcross but its worth the drive.Scott will get all my business from now on.
