Steven & Tascha Katz, The Katz Crew

Moving in from Europe with no experience at all in the US, the Katz Crew did find a purrrrfect rental house. We got updated lists, and each property they presented to us was matching all our requests. The follow up was superb, you have to know we lived in Europe while making our selection,which is not the easiest task ! We have not regretted our decision for 1 second, and once we are settled and ready to stay , we know for sure who will be our agents for our 1st property, no doubt !! One advise to people watching this review : really no need to look further if your time is precious and you want to 'house-hunt' in a professional way which requires minimum input from yourselves with maximum results, you're at the right address !!!

We contacted the Katz Crew after interviewing 5 other agents and we picked the right team. Steven and Tascha came over, looked at the house, made inexpensive suggestions, took amazing photos and made an awesome video of the house. We had 2 showings the 1st 5 days on the market and the Katz Crew sold the house in 10 days!!

They really are the best realtors we've ever worked with and we recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the atlanta area.

Just an outstanding team and a pleasure doing business with them.

From day one, when we asked to see a house and they got us in THAT NIGHT, Tascha and Steven have been nothing but fantastic! I've never bought a house before, but I feel like they really did all the work for me, making the whole process a lot easier than I had ever expected (dreaded!). They were also happy to explain things to me, no matter how basic, without making me feel like I was wasting their time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, on-the-ball team of real estate agents!

Coming from out of town,we found Steven and Tasha at one of their listings taking care of the property. We stopped in and introduced ourselves yet explained we weren't quite ready to buy on that trip. Steven and Tascha started working for us long distance. They followed up on all our outrageous requests. It took two more trips working with the Katz Crew until we finally found our dream home.
Steven and Tascha then went to work finding us the right people to do work for us and helped us get acclimated to Alpharetta. They are HONEST, they know their business, their market and their clients.
We like them so much, we referred our best friends to Steven and Tascha to help them find their purrfect home. With Steve
and Tascha's expertise, they closed on their purrfect Alpharetta home last week.I also must mention, when it comes to patience and professionalism, both Steven and Tascha are the best!!!

I was lucky the day I found the Katz Website. I was moving to GA from NY, Tashsa & Steven were a blessing, not only did they help me find a great home, they gave me information on the area, and recommended local services and vendors. We cannot thank Steven and Tascha enough!
Our house had been listed with 2 other agents without a sale. We had friends who had used Steven and Tascha and they insisted we contact them. We are so glad we did! They were our 3rd agents and we wish we would have known about them first. They provided the necessary changes and skills to sell our home! We did not think there could be so much difference in agents but there really is. Steven and Tascha are very professional and have the knowledge to complete the real estate transaction! Steven and Tascha are an excellent team, we wouldn't use any other real estate professionals. They are knowlegeable about a wide range of metro atlanta geography, and really consider the clients' parameters with patience and honesty. We felt we had a good team solidly on our side and our business with them went smoothly. Highly recommended.

We were out of town buyers and we cannot say enough about Steven and Tascha. They were so informative and helpful with our home search. They worked with us by email and telephone and whenever we were in town, made time for us so we could see the homes we had selected to see. They have a top website and set us up on a direct home search linked right to the listing service! The Katz's were very patient with us and helped us find a great home in a great neighborhood at a great price! We are so happy here! They did not try to push homes on us we were not interested in. They provided us so much information about the neighborhood and area our home was in. Steven knows so much about Atlanta! It was such a pleasure working with both Steven and Tascha! We highly recommend them! You will be very happy!
