Our relationship with Kirsten started with a very short notice phone call. This set the tone for her work ethic moving forward.

We had a 5 day home buying trip with the relocation that she dedicated 100% to our needs. She spent from 11:00am – 10:00 pm with us every day of that trip. Throughout the total 6 month period we worked with her, she showed us over 130 homes, no exaggeration. She could take a wish-list of homes that we would email her the night prior (typically 10) and have appointments scheduled next morning.

We had to travel with a 3-year old for many of our property viewings. She was very understanding of our needs and respected the difficulties of bringing a child along for the viewings. This was very helpful to work with this type of flexibility.

During the entire process, we never felt any pressure and she worked tirelessly to learn our priorities and needs for our new home. When it came down to negotiating she typically knew the other realtor and was able to facilitate the negotiation in a very positive manner.

She continues to work for you through close of the sale, and making sure every detail of the purchase goes to plan. We were very pleased with her service and we felt as if we made a new friend in the area during the process. Thank you Kirsten for your tireless efforts to make sure we found a home for our family!

Kirsten is like a "super" realtor. She went above and beyond every single day to make sure we were armed with all of the information & resources we needed to buy our first home. Even after we closed.. We LOVE her!!!! We have already recommended her to several friends and can't wait to have her over for dinner.

We interviewed two other agents before we met Kirsten, and she was the only one who was brutally honest from the get go. Her experience in staging as well as her real estate expertise was the perfect combination. We know our house sold as a direct result of her staging advice combined with a realistic asking price. Much to our surprise, our house sold in May 2009 within 7 weeks, in the midst of the worst economic conditions in decades, and in a subdivision where all our neighbors' houses have sat for months (and even years!). I would without reservation recommend Kirsten to anyone who is looking to get results!

As a first time home buyer picking the right agent for you can be a daunting task. I worked with 1 agent that had lots of clients and a great resume, however it wasn't long before I realized she was not offering the best advice I dumped her and got Kirsten. The difference was night and day. Kirsten understood my particular concerns and made them a priority to addressed and/or resolved. After collaborating and making a list of properties to view, we found my house on the first day we looked! I bought a foreclosed property and of course hit a few bumps along the way but with Kirsten I was able to get a great house well below fair market value with some great equity. She was always easy to contact and was constantly on top of other people to make sure they fulfilled their commitment to me. She even recommended a great home inspection company that sent an inspector who had once lived around the street and was able to give me information about the neighborhood and house I couldn't have gotten anywhere else. She also has an extensive knowledge about properties inside the perimeter (but not limited to that) which was a must-have for me. I would not hesitate to use Kirsten again and would strongly recommend her to others.

I honestly felt like I was her only client. She answered when I called and yet never allowed interruptions when we were looking at other houses. The whole process was very smooth and the people she recommended were just as wonderful and helpful.

I was buying on my own the first time. Kirsten was always available and helped me find a house I could actually afford and didn't try to get me into a more expensive house. Even though I wasn't going to be her most profitable client I felt like I got just as much attention as anyone. The foreclosed house process is long and drawn out but she stood by me and made it happen. Thank you! I would never hesitate to recommend Kirsten.

Kirsten is an expert in the Atlanta housing market. She found me my beautiful house-negotiated a phenomenal price-and her contacts are first-rate as well. She was available at all times to answer all of my questions. As a first-time homebuyer she made the process extremely smooth and worry-free.

Working with Kirsten is like working with a most trusted friend or family member.

If you are serious about selling (or buying), Kirsten is the right agent for you. You must prepare yourself though because Kirsten serves up heaping helpings of reality when advising clients about how to prepare a home for sale. She researches each market carefully and she knows exactly what perspective buyers want.

1) Listen to what she says
2) Do everything you can to act on her suggestions
3) Watch her go!

My husband and I were nervous at first about the updates she asked us to make. Once we did what she said, we were astounded with her ability to not only get qualified showings, but to follow up with every prospect and then to complete the sale
(Did I forgot to mention -- she got us our asking price)
