Finally we found a reliable company that can take care of all our needs. Altuscio Networks staff is very professional and accommodating. They were able to solve our issues in a very timely manner. We would definitely use them again.

We have used Altuscio for several years I have called Ben on a number of occasions to help me figure out how to do something (at the office, remote access, traveling with a laptop). I do not know IT lingo, so Ben often has to question me in detail to figure out what's going on and how to get to the problem and resolve it. He's great at this communicatation process--and patient--which really helps since I am not familiar with what are probbly obvious terms for most clients.

Ben and his team are always available when I need them. He listens to what you want to accomplish and he has always designed and installed a system that met my needs. To work with a team that is always on time, effecient, actually deliver what you ask for and deliver a quality of "First Time Resolution" is a joy. I have never even considered using someone else.

As a non-profit organization, service and value is very important. After dealing with several other IT companies I finally came across Altuscio. We started in Jan. 08 with them having a lot of issues on a fairly new server that other IT companies could not fix. The staff at Altuscio was amazing in clearing up the problems so quickly and have continued to monitor our system. They are very easy to get a hold of when something comes up and take care of problems immediately and are there for us as we grow. I have never met a more professional group willing to help and provide top notch service with great value.
Why would you look anywhere else.
