Efficient and clean
Raul and Oscar did a great job installing 2 new heating and air systems in my home. They were on time, worked hard and tested everything before they left.

Great Crew
With two HVAC units over 23 years old, I knew that I was on borrowed time, not to mention that I was running very inefficient systems. I decided to take advantage of the tax credit and replace both complete systems.2 furnaces and 2 A/C's. I only do business with established companies with good BBB and customer ratingsboth of which Reliable has. Daniel arrived on time to provide the quote. He explained my options so that I would be able to take advantage of the tax credit and get systems I would be happy with. The guys on the crew arrived on the scheduled day just before 9 AM and finished around 5 PM. They were polite, friendly, hard-working and experienced. They took the time to explain what I needed to know about the systems (how to use the thermostats and replace the filters). You can tell by the company's responses to any problems reported on Kudzu that they work to maintain their reputation and I would have no problem recommending them without reservation.

Unbelievable Service and Value!!
I highly recommend Reliable Heating and Air. On time crew of Mike G., Mike M., Joe and Jim STAYED LATE to get our tough job done (complete heating and cooling system in VERY tight area of house). Estimate came in literally thousands of dollars less than competitors. Better equipment and a tax credit explained that the others did not. Would call them again in a heartbeat. Really nice people. Thank you guys!!

Very Reliable
I knew my HVAC had limited time before it would give up at 15 years. I thought enough in advance to get some bids from 4 well rated companies here including Reliable who had done a few repairs for in the past. Then before I was ready, the system died. But Dan was ready and came out in short order to review his salespersons quote and give me his expert opinion. His quote was fair as we reviewed our options and I trusted the work would be good, and it was. The team was incredibly polite, on time, and helped identify our needs to ensure a quality job would be done. We are very happy with the results so far and still trust if there is something not quite right, they will be here to make it right.

Did What They Promised
We have been a Reliable customer from Day 1. Dan and his team have been servicing our 4 units semi-annually. We just replaced the upstairs heating unit. Everything they said they would do was completed; Mike Cook and Chris was courtesy, thoughtful and they completed the job on-time with no mess.

Difficult install with communication problems
I hired them to install three new supply lines and move three existing lines. Daniel Jape initially quoted the work and he was very nice and reasonable. However, when the crew showed up to perform the work, Daniel was out of the country and could not tell them what needed to be done. They called me at work and I explained to them what I wanted over the phone. As a result the lines were not place in the proper location and had to be moved. (one supply line was even installed in front of a window - i.e. the supply line hung down about 8 inches in front of a window which made it unusable). In addition, they told me that my air handler needed to be cleaned and they would do it for an additional $150. I agreed to this but thought that it was reasonable and easier than if I did it myself. However, when I inspected the air handler I saw that they only cleaned the coil and did not clean the OPEN area above the coil and fan. In hindsight, this was a very expensive considering what was done. Also, the work was being done during the recent flooding (2009) and the crew drove their van into my yard in order to turn around. This caused huge ruts in the yard which still exist. To their credit, they did move the line which was misplaced. They were always polite and reasonable, but I should have been on site to make sure that the work was done properly.

I sincerely apologize for the difficulties that you encountered. Daniel was on his honeymoon in Australia and completely out of phone contact, so we were unable to consult with him as to the specifics of the job as we normally do. We should have scheduled a walk through with you the day the crew arrived to make sure we were all on the same page and knew where you wanted the ducts installed. We did encounter some specific challenges regarding the height of the ducts due to the low ceiling height, but we felt that Dan had come up with a solution by dividing the one duct into two small ducts to increase your future ceiling height. We were unaware of your displeasure with the cleaning of the air handler coil. We're absolutely committed to 100% customer satisfaction and want you to feel like you got a good value for your money. I will be glad to refund the $150 you paid which you could use to repair your rut in the lawn. Occasionally we have to pull in close to unload the materials, but given the muddy conditions the our driver should have given more care and to not get off the driveway. We want our customers to walk away from their experience with us with a smile, but if there were issues, to feel that they were listened to, addressed and corrected to your satisfaction. Feedback such as yours, helps to learn from the experience and plan better in the future. I hope you'll give us the opportunity to make it right. Please give the office a call to take me up on the refund offer. Another Satisfied Customer
Today Reliable came out (on time) and installed a multi-stage Trane energy Star rated gas furnace. I wasn't looking forward to the disruption, but they made it painless. I felt very comfortable with the company just from my preliminary assessment meeting with Mike, and the installers reinforced that feeling. I shopped around a lot and Reliable was head and shoulder the BEST value. And I am so glad to have the air cleaner upgrade as I hope it will help filter out the pollen better and help my asthma. Thanks guys!!!

The air cleaner you selected is a very good product to help remove small particles of dust, pollen, pet hair, etc. I am so glad your pleased with the new Trane 2 stage variable speed furnace. Just wait until this winter when the multi-stage keeps you warm and even heated, then watch the variable speed blower remove extra moisture this coming summer. You will love it. Great Service & Instalation
I wanted a top quality heating and air unit in my unfinished basement, Reliable delivered. From the sales rep Mike Cole to the two installers Jorge & Rada, Top Notch all the way, especially Jorge Ceron, he informed me of their progress and always asked me question for my complete satisfaction. I was and knew they could live up to their name, Reliable Heating and Air. Two Thumbs Up.
