and great service. refinancing my house this month and so far it has been a very smooth process. Would recommend Amerisave to anyone who is entering a new mortgage or refinancing an old one

This proces has gone very , very smoothly. By far the best experence I've ever had with obtaining a loan or refinancing. I love how everything is available to you online and you always know exactly what stage your loan is at in the process. But don't think because so much information is available online that Amerisave's service lacks the personal and human touch! On the contrary. Jim O'Brien was never more than a phone call (or email) away. My messages, both my phone and email were ALWAYS responded to very quickly. I am extremely pleased with Amerisave and the service I have received. Would most definitely recommend to anyone looking for a home loan or to refinance. This is a very professional and competent group of folks. What more can I say? I was a bit skeptical initiating the refinance process with a place I had found online during a Google search, but I have been so pleasantly surprised with the kind of personal service I have and am continuing to receive. I wish I had known about Amerisave before when I have needed a home loan or wished to refinance.

The customer service has been great, fast responses. Very helpful! Our lender Al has been very helpful and courteous. They even give you a login to check the progress of your loan.

We like that we can check the website for updates to the loan and also e-mail our processor with a quick response back. All lines of communication are open e-mail and toll free. Our interest lock was done on 3/26 and we close on 4/8. That is prompt!!

This group works fast and is very accurate. I contacted them through the internet on a Monday evening and provided the basic information requested. The same day, I had a response and giving me the name and phone number of the agent who would be coordinating my application. I called him the next day and he gave me the details of my new loan, costs, etc. After giving my approval for Amerisave to commence the paperwork and "locking-in" the loan rate, I received a confirming e-mail. By Wednesday, I had all the details for the closing which took place AT MY HOME a week and a half later.

Amerisave.com is deceitful and unethical

This online mortgage company told me they would lock in an interest rate to refinance the mortgage on my home, all I needed to do was fill our an application, pay 35.00 for a credit check and send in documentation by the next morning--all of which I did (actually the automated email that they sent said I had 48 hours to send the required documentation). Five days later they told me I lost my lock because I was supposed to fax in the documentation by 8:00 am Friday morning and I did not fax everything in a timely manner. That was a total lie!! Not only did they lie about when they said they needed the documentation, they also lied about the status of the loan lock, lied about what documentation I sent in, lied about their process. I did everything they asked and they did not hold my lock. The do not seem to know what they are doing and cannot be trusted. I went elsewhere and got a better deal. Do not use this company.
Paul Fitz-Gibbon, Todd Pityer and Bobbie Wilkes cannot be trusted to do what they say they are going to do!

So far so good. Amerisave representatives processed my refinance VERY quickly. They were prompt, and profesional. Up to this point I have ZERO complains. The loan has not closed yet, but again, so far a very smooth process.
