Professional Installed Wood Floors

Lee Pence and His crew installed new pine flooring on our log house. They did a fantastic job dealing with a very uneven base and matching up to our kitchen tile work. Just amazing craftsmanship. The work was done on time and as estimated. The change to the house is just unbelievable. I could not have been more pleased with the work. I highly recommend these folks.

Lee Pence is a wonderful guy to do business with. He came over to give me an estimate the same day that I called him, and he beat the other estimates I'd already gotten by a country mile.

His crew worked very fast, and did a fantastic job. Even around my fireplace where the stones jutted out irregularly, the wood butted up perfectly to each stone.

Not only does it look great, but I no longer have a VERY squeaky floor near the dishwasher, AND I no longer hear loud thumping noises, for up to two hours, when the dishwasher empties. This had annoyed me for 3 years!

I highly recommend this company!

Professional Installed Wood Floors is an outstanding company. When we were building our new home, we wanted top-grade oak stained a very dark mahogany brown - the color of espresso. A fine furniture maker in Vermont sent us a mahogany sample, and we asked Lee Pence to match it. The furniture maker laughed at the idea - he said, "they'll never be able to do it." Well, Professional Installed Wood Floors did it. The color is unbelievable, the wood is gorgeous, and it's the thing everyone comments on the most when they visit us. Lee Pence is a courteous man and a true professional. I have had excellent floor work done before, but this company is the best. Superior service, superior work ethic, superior product.

Lee the owner personally installed my flooring for me and they did a great job!
He even came out to make some minor touch ups the same day I called. Great service and great people!

Lee and his team installed an exotic hardwood floor in a new addition and did a fantastic job. Lee was accomodating to our schedule and needs, and is extremely knowledgable about any & all aspects of the business. He was able to recommended the best method for installation of our flooring and had some great ideas in planning and completing the job. The entire crew was courteous, friendly and careful in their work. I can't remember any other in-home service provider being as helpful, reliable and friendly and most importantly professional in their craft as Lee and his team. I should also mention all these were delivered at a very competitive price. I am already planning our next flooring project and would recommend Lee and his team to anyone in an instance. Appreciate the great service!

In addition to professional wood floor installation Lee Pence uses an excellent business model. Separate and firm quotes for material and labor. Pay for material on delivery and pay for labor on job completion. Workmanship was excellent.
Additional services included removal and replacement of furniture and equipment. Removal of carpet and nailing of subfloor to joists to eliminate squeaks. Clean up was first class. If I need more wood floor I'll not be looking for another contractor. Very Highly Recommended.

This company takes great pride in their work, and it shows. They were right on time, and extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Simply put -- High quality work for a great price. We will definitely use them in the future.

Lee brought wood samples to my house and told me about some great deals that were going on. Once we selected the wood, his group came by and installed 1200sq/ft in just 2.5 days. Lee gave me an itemized estimate so I could pick and choose what services I wanted. I took out my own carpets, but they did the rest, including removing the subfloor in the kitchen, trimming doors, etc. The installation team was very respectful and careful, and the floors look great! Every cut fit together perfectly, from the boards around the fireplace to the quarter-round trim in every corner. (It's too bad the people that built the house didn't take a similar amount of care in their work!) They did a great job explaining the "living nature" of the floors and in helping us to know the right ways to take care of it.

It was a pleasure working with Lee and his team, and I'll not only use them again for my stairs and basement, but recommend them to anyone else I know that's getting hardwood flooring in their home. The price was unbeatable, the service was exceptional, the quality of their work is excellent.

A great experience. Lee knows floors and matched our new living perfect with our dining room and hallway. He is very professionalon time and dependable. Would highly recommend him and his crew. I plan on using them for more projects.

Lee and his crew did an amazing job on my flooring. Two rooms had carpet and underlay up in no time. Nailed down my squeaky boards installed underlay flooring and were done in one day. Amazing thing was cutting flooring to go around my rock fireplace for a perfect match
