NorthStar Security is a great company to do business with. They have honest service and competitive prices. You do get more than what you pay for. This company offers a very important feature for security companies: they are always there for you. TJ and Gary are professional and you can tell they know their job. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to feel in good hands in regards to their security.

I bought a home with a security system installed that I did not have a code for. It began making random, repeated noises, including all through the night. Without the code, I had no way to stop it. Other companies in town ignored my desperate pleas for help (or said they would help but failed to follow through), but NorthStar came to my home the same day I called them, fixed the problem for a very reasonable price, and spent time showing me how to use the system. Courteous, capable, and very responsive service. I can sleep again. Thank you NorthStar, and I really mean it!

We compared pricing on a number of home
security providers and found NorthStar
Security to be the best value in town.
I would highly recommend giving Northstar

These guys rock!!! They are courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They came in, fixed the problems caused by my prior installer, and end result is a more robust and truly effective system. If I was a burglar I would stay away from their installs!!! I would recommend them to my family and friends. Awesome company--thanks Gary and TJ!!!!!

I am a business owner who needed a state of the art alarm, camera, and access control system installed in my new location. I thought i would have to call multiple companies to handle this. NorthStar Security was able to handle all of it, and I was very impressed with the entire install. It was clean and professional. All of the install technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend NorthStar Security to anyone who is looking for top notch protection at a great price!

After struggling with mediocre service from ADT, and lots of run-around with Ackerman, I am so pleased to have met NorthStar. They did a great job, and our system works reliably -- they even corrected some problems that the other companies said were "impossible" to fix. Highly recommended!

Northstar was such a pleasure to deal with. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me on anything I did not need. The installation took a few hours and they cleaned up after themselves. I have already mistakenly set off my alarm twice and the monitoring office called right away to make sure everthing was okay. I couldn't be happier with my choice to go with Northstar!

I had been an ADT customer for about 3 years until a door to door salesman from Platinum Security group came by and sold me a new alarm system with a 3 year contract, in addition he installed new equipment. The very next day, I realized I was being ripped off so I canceled my contract within the 72 hour risk free period and had them remove their equipment.

While I still had my old alarm system, it was now uninstalled. After comparing many worthy local companies I decided to go with NorthStar Security to reinstall my system and also provide monitoring since they had the least expensive reinstall coupled with only a 12 month contract (others wanted 3 years and/or had a very high installation cost).

Gary showed up when he said he was and installed my system in a snap, in addition my monitoring cost is $10 cheaper than ADT and that is with the cellular monitoring that I did not have with ADT!

Their monitoring company is Central Security Group out of Oklahoma. Honestly I had a few qualms about them, but they are excellent and I see why the folks at NorthStar chose them.

I am very satisfied with NorthStar Security group, and would recommend anyone to give them a chance before needlessly spending a lot more money by going with companies like ADT.

I appreciated the service I received with North Star Security. They were professional and efficient and took time to listen to my concerns. I had this system installed after a break-in and two weeks after the installation my house was again buglarized. Thanks to North Star and the Monitoring system for a speedy response time.

I had 4 consultations for a security system. NSS was one that was efficient, professional as well as affordable. I first was impressed that the installation manager, Gary, listened carefully to my concerns and needs and then gave me options to meet my concerns (not seeking to interest me in things that I did not necessarily need). He came out and did exactly as he said he would and was available for my follow questions.
