Advantage Inspection was amazing. Gary Sloan was professional. He showed up for the appointment on time and went through every aspect of the home with me. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and had excellent follow up. I have no doubt about my home purchase now. The inspection by Advantage Inspection was a great deal for the price and I would highly recommend them!

Gary Sloan performed my home inspection for me. He did a fantastic job. And beyond simply inspecting the home, he taught me about the home, so that in the future, I know exactly what types of things to look for when I go to sell a home. Gary was extremely professional, and I will recommend him to everyone that I know.

As a real estate professional, I try to only use and recommend the best to my clients. I stayed through the entire inspection, and Gary Sloan is one of the best. He was on time, professional, thorough, and explained the problem areas to my client in a way that was factual, but not alarmist. The report was delivered both online and in an attractive, professional binder.

I chose him based on the Advatage Home Warranty program that he represents, and after researching and evaluating, I believe that the Advantage home warranty program is the best available on the market due to their unique inspection-based approach. Home warranty companies are notorious for their exclusions after warranty purchase (search for home warranty review online), but Advantage seems to operate differently, and reviews I have seen are the best of an otherwise poorly-rated industry.

Even without the warranty, Advantage Peachtree/Gary Sloan doesn't settle for less than quality work, he takes time to explain his findings in detail to whoever is invloved, and he has been readily available after the inspection for followup questions and contractor recommendations.

Gary will be doing the inspections on my personal homes from hereafter. Highly recommended.

Gary Sloan is the most professional and honest home inspector you will come across. He has corporate backing which offers the home seller a great warranty in addition to the peace of mind you get from his honesty in home inspections.
