Mr. Batylin came to my home yesterday afternoon to repair a leak, it turns out that it was my cast iron drain pipes corroded. So he worked, & worked, & worked and by this time I would have given up and said burn the house down but he stayed and finished. I watched him in awh that he was so precise, he was cleaning up even in the dirty crawl space, and when it came to bill time I didn't have to get a second mortgage or give up my first born. To sum it up: He was perfect, cleaned up, and very very honest in his price. USE HIM!

I have never had anyone enter my home that removed their shoes, Mr. Batylin continously treated me & my home with respect and care. He took the time to inform me of what the problem was and I felt comfortable, not pressured or that he was trying to over sell my problem but comfortable. The girl that answers the phone is polite & was very informative as well. I will tell everyone about Batylin Plumbing & I will use them for many years to come (I hope I don't have many plumbing problems)

I have a water heater leaking from the pressure release valve. Vladymir came out and quickly and took a look at it and advised my temp was up too high, resulting in the leak. He turned it down, checked my water pressure, relit my pilot and even moved my dryer back into place unsolicitated. He was also very free with helpful information regarding the heater and answered all my questions. I don't need to replace the heater right now but would recommend this company to all my friends! The service call was very resonably priced too at $50. Kudo's to you all. It's so refreshing to find someone trustworthy and not focused on the sale but rather the service! Kathy, Marietta

Batylin replaced our water heater on New Year's Eve. Their pricing was competitive; staff were very helpful & courteous,the work was flawless and they went out of their way to be helpful. It was a thoroughly pleasant experience to deal with Batylin - we'll never go elsewhere.

Batylin is the best plumbing service we've ever used. Honest, dependable, courteous, and efficient. For our Master Bath & Powder Room renovations: They replaced all the faucets, fixtures, drains, and some pipes. 3 sinks, a shower, and a roman bath. Did an excellent job at a reasonable price. We'll be using them again next week for another job. We highly recommend Batylin for all your plumbing needs.

My basement toilet was running, so we called Batylin plumbing right away. When Vladimir came to fix it, the only thing wrong was that the chain had come off and gotten stuck between the valve that lets water into the bowl! Clearly, this is something we should've noticed and there was no reason to call him to fix it. He reattaced the chain and pinched it closed with pliers. I practically begged him to charge me a service call fee due to my ignorance, but he wouldn't hear of it. We've used this company for several different repairs and have only experienced prompt, professional, and courteous work at a reasonable price. This is the ONLY plumber you should ever call!

A few months ago, I had a dripping faucet on my bathtub. Originally, I had the general handyman from my condo's management group try to repair the problem. After a few hours, he told me that the pipes behind my walls were just too old, and it would be over $1000 to repair everything. The handyman also screwed up the bathtub knobs so that the pipes would squeal whenever I turned on the shower's hot water. I was also charged $130 for his time.

Since I was skeptical of the first assessment, I sought a second opinion. One of my friends recommended Batylin Plumbing, so I gave them a call. They were very friendly, and they were able to schedule me for the very next day.

Vladimir arrived right on time, and he was very courteous while he was working. He even bothered to take off his boots when he entered my condo, because he didn't want to track in dust I don't even bother taking off my shoes most of the time.

In the end, Vladimir was able to fix the dripping faucet without any problems. He also explained what the general handyman had done wrong, and Vladimir offered to write a letter in order to help me receive a refund from the handyman.

Batylin Plumbing also called me the next week to follow-up and confirm that I didn't have any further problems.

I would recommend Batylin Plumbing to anyone. They're friendly, professional, and they finish the job correctly the first time.

Batylin Plumbing has been out two different times to my personal home. They were very friendly and very knowledgable. I had numerous concerns about different problems I was having around my house. They listened and helped me out. In the future I will continue to use Batylin Plumbing and highly recommend them.

We have used Batlyn Plumbing for many years and have infact referred them out to many friends and family. We have always gotten great feedback on those referrals. Vladamir is very knowledgable and professional and only does the repairs that are necessary. He doesn't try to sell you on things you don't need. Jessa is very efficient and keeps the team on time and productive. I highly recommend them and will continue using them myself. There is nothing better than a contractor that actually CALLS, SHOWS UP, AND KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!
