Great Service & Great Price!
We had a LCD TV repaired and the service tech was professional and EARLY! He was honest about the repair and had the repair part with him. It all took about 1 hour and we had a working TV and a happy family! We are VERY pleased. Thank you!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - OUTSTANDING SERVICE
Had the pleasure to visit Muttco Service this morning. Had a problem with my 42" plasma TV. EXTREMELY FRIENDLY STAFF. Assisted me immediately with my needs, and thoroughly described the problem to me, even showing me on some of their other TV's in their warehouse exactly what the problem was. They did extensive searching with their vendors to locate the least expensive replacement parts.

Very satisified customer. Outstanding customer service. I was not surprised to learn they are a preferred vendor for many warranty service contracts for major manufacturers. Highly recommend.

Heartbreak Saver
My little boy's nintendo ds suddenly stopped working! It was a crisis to the nth degree. As a working parent I cannot afford to replace expensive electronics on a whim. Muttco is around the corner from my office so I ran in and asked them if they could fix the ds. They went the extra mile to obtain a tool for the job and within minutes had it working again! If I went to a retailer I would have been charged big $$ just to look at it. Muttco saved the day and has put a big smile on my little boy's face! Thanks!

Outstanding Professional Service
First, Rodney at MuttCo instantly understood my problem when I called; then, he sent his technician Ralph to confirm the TV problem. Second, Ralph arrived as scheduled and immediately recognized the problem and called the manufacturer for the needed parts. Third, another technician Alex brought the replacement parts and installed them in an efficient manner. All three impressed me with their knowledge of the TV and the complicated repair process and with their patience and skill in explaining what was going on to me. I highly recommend them.

Model of Customer Service
I called Muttco to ask about issues I've been having with my Sony Wega rear projection TV. Alex provided me the best customer service I've ever received. The reasons are such:

I didn't have to deal with an automated voice response unit, a secretary or some numbskull answering the phone that had to transfer me.

He immediately answered and was the guy I needed to talk to.

He was on the phone with me for about 15 minutes talking to me about my issues and the possible problems I could be facing.

He was immediately aware of my model and my TV and was obviously an experienced technician and one who know how to talk to customers.

He was forthright and honest about whether I should consider repair or to simply buy a new television.

He recommended 3 other vendors/supply houses to me that could provide parts at a better rate than his shop could.

He took the time to explain to me issues he's seen with my TV, ways I could fix it myself, and a brief, non-technical explanation of how my set works.

He spoke excellent English, never talked down to me, and was courteous and polite the entire phone call.

He ended the call saying he was happy to help and to call him back if I had any other questions or if there was anything else he could to to help me.

He also quickly provided me a list of other services his company could provide me.

I have to think these are the same things I should strive for when I speak with my own customers in my business.

Great customer care
OK - I called Mitsubishi on a Friday evening and they gave me two companies in the Alpharetta area that might be able to help with an out of warranty repair on a 50 Rear Proj HDTV. The first one had a terrible recording so I did not leave a message then I called Muttco. I got a prompt call back, came out on Monday, gave me a diagnosis, price and time line and fixed the set on the spot. Impressive and professional.

Very Honest and do Quality work
I had a very non-typical repair for these guys. I needed some electronic soldering done on a circuit board for an auto component. While they don't typically do this kind of work, they agreed to go ahead and do it for me. They did a great job and even cleaned up some of my soldering mess on the work that I had tried to do myself. Their repair job worked and saved me over $600 from what I would have been charged at the auto dealer!! These guys are very honest, nice guys, and do quality work. I would definitely bring my TV into them for repair.

Fast and Friendly
My 50" Samsung needed a color wheel. I delivered the TV to their shop and within ten minutes the bad part was out! I had purchased a new wheel somewhere else and had it delivered to them two days later. It was installed within two hours and I picked up the set that afternoon. There was one adjustment I had to make through the service menu at home, but Rodney walked me right through it and the picture looks great! This is the place to call.

Great Service
I called the service center and Steve came out to my house. He was great. Came to the house after 7p, since I told he I don't get home until that time. WOW what service, he fixed the TV on the visit.
I recommend this shop and I have found my electronic repair shop for the future

Where is my TV?!?!?!?!?
MISSING..5 yr old 53" Hitachi
Muttco came to repair on 7/14/08. Couldn't find problem, said it could be a fuse but didn't have any on truck. They left.

I purchased fuse and put in TV, still did not work. I called them and they said they would come back.

Steve came about a week later and could not find problem.he took chasis back to shop.

No word from Muttco. I called several times in the following weeks with no response. Finally, I called Hitachi to find out if Muttco was actually working with them. Low and behold, I got a call from Steve telling me my TV was running at their shop and he was watching it as we spoke.

He returned to my home, put chasis back in TV and it DID NOT WORK!

About a week later, Steve brought 3 other chasis' with him and used parts from them to work on mine.to no avail. He again took my chasis and I have not seen nor heard from him since.

I called on the 4 month anniversary of Muttco's relationship with my TV, Rodney informed me that Steve was still unable to fix my TV, however he would try again on Monday (11/17). Rodney promised to call me by end of day Monday.

They (Steve and Rodney) have promised to call me on numerous occasions and have not.

Is my chasis riding around in truck being used for spare parts for other customers???

I wish Hitachi had referred me to another repair shop.
