Hewatt Home Inspections

Inspector failed to find mold in our home. Not only that but black mold and water damage. Beware -- charges a ton of money and missed a bunch on our inspection. Do your homework and use someone else.

Hewatt Home Inspections recently inspected a foreclosure property for me. Randall Hewatt was very thorough and did an outstanding job. He arrived early to our appointment, was great about the real estate agent giving him the wrong lockbox code, was early again the following day, and got the report to me very quickly. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the home and every problem that was found. I highly recommend him!

Randall Hewatt just inspected a home I am buying, and wow! He delivered quality, thorough results and even spoke to me about each problem the house had and how the seller or I could go about fixing it. I am a first-time home buyer, and this input was crucial to me and my fiance. I would recommend Randall Hewatt to anyone.
