Sears Garage Doors

They installed new garage door but they did not install safety sensor and wall switch and light not working. They did not left sensor & wall switch and they took it with them.

I called Sears for an estimate for a garage door. I was told the prices on the phone and received good customer service by Sally on the phone. That is where my good experience ended.
I scheduled a "pre-site" appointment for 9 am. Well 9am rolls around and no one shows up and no calls. I called the office at 10:30am wondering where the guy was and was told "he forgot his drivers license expired today, so he is getting his license." Are you kidding me??? He could of called to notify me of the delay. I was calling to say don't even bother coming.but Sally reassured me he was on his way. So 7 hours after he was suppose to show up he did. We have an old garage door so some things needed to be worked on. He was absolutely NOT willing to do what 3 other companies said to dowhich was to build down the opening and use a smaller door. He said we had to put the opener on the side with was going to add about $350.00 to the price. I asked if we could get the estimate for the side opener AND building down the openingbut he wasn't even willing to do that. We choose a better company and have a beautiful garage door. When the guy showsed up he wasn't in a sears truck he has his own company. If it was this much problems just getting a guy to do measurements..I couldn't imagine what would happen during installation..if there were problems. Very dissapointingI figured with a big company like Sears I would get some professionalism..but I guess not.

I was impressed with the ease in which this job was done. The seller knew the product and what to suggest and the installer did a fantastic job. Would recomment to anyone

Sears came out and gave us an estimate on Friday and were here on Monday morning to put in our new garage door and opener, the job took less time than they estimated and we love our new door!

I recently purchased a new garage door and opener from Sears after taking several bids and was very pleased with the whole process from the office and scheduling to meet my needs.The tech they sent out did a great job and was quick and curtious.I would definitely recomend them to anyone needing this service.

I'd like to thank Sally at Sears Garage Doors for the professional job they did in installing my new door. They were punctual and did an excellent job. Everyone was helpful; the quality of the workmanship and materials was excellent.

I recently bought a garage door from Sears. When we called, the salesman called back immediately, came the SAME day, and our door was installed the next day. They cleaned up all their rubbish, took the old one away. It was done so fast. I could hardly believe it. Now that's customer service. Wish I could say the same for other services!

Sears was great from start to finish. The sales rep I initially talked to, the guy who came out to estimate and the installer all work directly for Sears; they are not sub-contractors. The estimator was extremely knowledgeable. He did not try to upsell and actually steered me away from the most expensive doors because they would not have met my needs. The installer actually called to let me know he was running late--pretty rare thing. He did the work quickly and efficiently and made sure I fully understood the operation of the doors. All in all, I am very pleased with the quality of the doors and with the service I received.

They did a wonderful job on my garage door.
I would reccommend them to my friends and family.
