They were GREAT.

I had AC problems after returning from out-of-town. They worked me into their schedule within about 3-4 hours, were honest and fair! I would HIGHLY recommend them!

An Honest Company!!!

This company was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were punctual, professional, and very honest. They gave us an exact dollar amount in what it would take to repair the system up front which really put my mind at ease. I'm not a big fan of hidden fees. After giving them authorization to go ahead and make the repair, they had us back up and running in no time. We will definitely be using them again in the future and referring them to family and friends.

HVAC with integrity

Previously I sold HVAC equipment to installers. Today I am in the Home Repair business and I am frequently asked for the name of an honest HVAC company. I do not hesitate to recommend McBroom Htg and Air. They have saved my customers countless dollars by repairing rather than replacing equipment that did not need replacing. If the equipment needed replacing they were charged a fair price and the service and follow-up were outstanding. They are a "full service" company exhibiting the highest of business integrity

Very Happy!

4 years ago we had another company come out and they told us we needed a new system. We decided to have a second opinion from McBroom Heating & Air and they were able to fix the unit for under $200.00. The system has been running great ever since. We have had McBroom out since then 2 times a year for preventitive maintenance. We are very happy with there honest service and plan to use them when we are ready to replace our system.
