We found Colonial Construction after our house was being built. During the construction we had some water damage and had to repair what was damaged. Not wanting to confuse the two projects we hired Colonial to make the repairs. They were phenominal. In the project we discovered that the Builders painters had used the wrong paint color and told us they used the one we told them to use. Colonial did a better job at repairing the damage than the original work from our builder. We have used colonial a second time and have found the same quality service and integrity as always. I am in the Real Estate business and I see alot of contractors- Colonial Craftsman is by far Best in Class!

Hi! Isn't it great to find people and companies you trust and can rely on? Well, Jake Lisac and Colonial Craftsmen are trustworthy and reliable, AND they are so much more! Jake and Colonial Craftsmen have all of those essential qualities! In addition to being trustworthy and reliable, they are fair and honest; highly skilled and highly competent; and willing and able to answer questions, explain procedures, and offer alternatives based on price or whatever criteria is important to you. It's just really nice to find a person or a company that you can have faith in. Jake and Colonial Craftsmen do a terrific job, treat you right in the process, and charge a reasonable fee! I have faith in them! Jake and Colonial Craftsmen have worked on my house multiple times, so I am speaking from first hand experience. I recommend Jake and Colonial Craftsmen to you without reservation and you better believe I have high standards! Ask Jake! You can't go wrong with Jake and Colonial Craftsmen!

This was my first experience with Colonial Craftsmen Construction. They performed a variety of tasks aimed at bringing my home up to code and general repairs. The crew arrived on time and were very thorough. Every day they were here they left their work area neat and clean. Jake came by several times to check on things. The largest project was a deck at my back door. Not only do I now have a safe exit to my back yard, I have a nice place to sit outside and enjoy the view. I was very pleased with their work. I would definitely use them again.

Jake was very responsive and also asked me several questions before he came to look at my project. He was professional and provided an excellent proposal that was the most professional I had received from any of the other contractors. My project is going to start out slow but I'm hoping Jake and his team will do the work, so far I'm impressed!

I highly recommend Jake and his company.
We had never done a home improvement project before and thanks to Jake and his crew it was a great experience.
We had a major kitchen remodel that included removing walls, installing new cabinetry, countertops, flooring, etc.
Jake was extremely helpful in providing design options, keeping us informed, and handled the project efficiently
and professionally. The work exceeded our expectations and then some.
We have several more projects planned and will not use anyone but Colonial Craftsman.

Jake is a true craftsman and can do anything. He is professional, efficient, reliable, affordable and above all does great work. He has a strong team and I've been impressed with every worker he brings to the work site. I've used CCC for a number of projects in my home over the last four years and genuinely enjoy working with them and always thrilled with the results. My projects have included two bathroom renovations, installation of a new deck and flagstone patio in my backyard, numerous wood, window and siding replacements to the exterior of my home and a redesign of my den including stone work on the fireplace and installation of new lighting, etc. Jake communicates work progress throughout the project timeline and is open to making modifications or changes to the original plan.

Jake is creative and has helped me with the overall design for most of my projects. In particular the design of my new deck and patio was achieved with input from Jake and his hardscape contractor. The result is beautiful and receives "oohs" and "aahs" from friends and neighbors.

I highly recommend Jake and his Company to anyone and will continue to use them on all my home repair and remodeling work.

I am very happy with the work that Colonial Craftsman provided. Prices were fair and the work was very professional. My 2 yr old son is still talking about Jake. he believes Jake can fix anything, even toys.

Most of the time, working with contractors is like herding cats, but working with Jake and Colonial was a totally refreshing experience. He was incredibly professional, knew his stuff, and communicated EVERY step of the way, which is so rare these days. We were blown away & will definitely use them again!!

Jake turned a hardwood floor nightmare into an great and painless experience for us. He fully over-delivered for us and all of his guys were very professional. I would definitely recommend Colonial to anyone needing work done on their home.
