Unprofessional, and no bedside manner
Dr. Biggs delivered our first child last fall, and our experience with her was unpleasant at best. While she performed competently, her lack of professionalism and bedside manners was appalling. The first thing she said to my wife (who was trying for a natural birth) upon arriving was, "You can't make it without an epidural!" Note that my wife had already made it to 8cm+ dilation at that point, so it's not as though she was still at the beginning of labor. Dr. Biggs also mandated that my wife stay in bed at all times, making her labor much more difficult. Dr. Biggs also accused me of putting my wife through unnecessary pain, when this was my wife's choice from the beginning! After the delivery (which ended up as a c-section after Dr. Biggs pushed the issue), Dr. Biggs never visited or contacted my wife to follow up, nor did anyone from her practice. You can find plenty of physicians of every specialty that possess both the knowledge AND the bedside manner to take care of their patients effectively. It's unfortunate that Dr. Biggs is not among them.

Never trust a doctor who lies!
If you would like to be completely anonymous this is the place for you! From the politely cold front office staff to the doctors themselves, you can expect to be nothing more than a number in the system. The doctors of this practice made decisions about my care without ever talking with me about my particular history or without looking at or even asking for my previous medical records. In fact, I had only met three of the doctors at the time they decided my fate for me. At my last visit, I brought this fact up to the doctor of the day and she said – in these exact words – “It doesn’t matter.” This same doctor also exaggerated facts and statistics and made two completely false statements (aka lies). I suppose she thought that I didn’t know any better or that I would just blindly trust what she said. So, ladies if your personal history doesn’t make any difference to you, if you would like to put complete control of your pregnancy and birth into the hands of doctors that you may only meet once, if at all, and if you don’t mind being lied to so that the doctors don’t have to have a real conversation with you then this is the place for you! Otherwise, seek elsewhere.

Love Dr. Sternberg
I've been going to Atlanta Women's OBGYN for many years and I highly recommend them. Dr. Sternberg has a great bedside manner and she never makes you feel rushed.

Bad Billing Again and Again
I am a busy professional and not a person that takes time to write reviews. But I think the public should be aware that the front office is rude and on my last visit I once again asked to make sure they noted my account was paid in full so a bill would not be issued. Today I got another bill. I have now been rebilled twice for services that were already paid in full. Also they tried billing me for a different doctor for the same treatment. The accounting in this practice and office management does not make it worth visiting the doctors. You have to spend so much time on the phone to try to get them to get your account straight. They even sent a bill paid in full to an address I had not lived at for four years and my name is still not spelled correctly. I corrected this the last three times I was in the office with the front staff. They never updated their records. I would not use this practice because the customer service in the front office on the administrative side is very poor. Nurses and Doctors are good but not exceptional enough to deal with the administrative hassles.

Love this place
All the staff is very friendly and helpful. All women associates and OBGYNs in this office. Great for those who would rather not see a male OBGYN. My doctor is fantastic. She's very personal and takes time to listen to me and my concerns. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new OBGYN.

I've been going there for 11 Years
I have to say how much I like this practice. I go to Ginna McFarling, who is a Nurse Pract. , not a Doctor, but she is wonderful! She is very easy to talk to, very laid-back and takes time to talk to you and does not rush you in and rush you out the door. I would highly recommend. I have sent over 10 people there and they all love her and this practice!

GREAT
I have gone here for years and highly recommend. I see the nurse practioners - Susan Whitlock and Gena, on occasion. Susan is my main person. she is great, always available, remembers my history, great bedside manner, thorough, professional and makes a trip to the doctor less unpleasant. I haven't had a baby, so my visits are routine, but highly recommend this very competent practice.
