My Atlanta Maid

We decided to use My Atlanta Maid because of the steelar reviews it has received here on Kudzu. I have to be honest, in that, we were not initally satisfied with the cleaning we received. But I must give credit where credit is due. Rick, the owner, made it his immediate priority to ensure our happiness. We had a bad cleaning, everyone has an off day now and then, but after Rick found out about our dissatisfaction, he called me directly to fix the problem and make sure we were 100% happy with their service. This gesture (and personal service) is what makes some businesses stand out and I have to say, it is what would make us go back to My Atlanta Maid. Although our first cleaning was not to our satisfaction, Rick made sure to personaly rectify the situation. He sent the crew back out to make sure our house was cleaned properly. This action by Rick - personal service and assured customer service - makes me confident that My Atlanta Maid is a business run with customer satisfaction as their first priority. Thank you Rick for personally contacting me and making mending the situation. We are looking forward to being able to move into our new house knowing that My Atlanta Maid did a stellar job of cleaning it so we could focus on settling into it.

I am a stay at home mom with 2 toddlers and an infant. I never have time to clean! My husband suggested we get some help so I did my research and called around. It was an absolute delight to speak with the staff at My Atlanta Maid. I was impressed before I even scheduled the cleaning. The ladies that came to my home were very professional and polite! They did a thorough walk through of my home to get an idea of my expectations. I have used two other professional cleaning services but they don’t compare to the service provided by My Atlanta Maid. I was especially impressed with my bathrooms. They were spotless. I never knew that my tub was WHITE! No matter how hard I cleaned, I could never do the job that the ladies did. They were very accommodating and made my life very easy. I got more than what I expected!

I had the deep clean service and the house was sparkling afterwards. They are a top notch company and I will definitely be calling them in the future for my cleaning needs.

I am pleased to say, that I have been using My Atlanta Maid to clean my home in Alpharetta for the last several months and have had nothing short of excellent services each time. My home has never been so clean. They do my laundry, wash my dishes, take the trash out and I just recently found out they do party help services so I will be using them for that as well. This is a great find and a great company. The customer service is also great and professional. I would highly recommend them.

I had a party in my three level house a few weeks ago and believe me, the house was a complete mess when it was over. My bathrooms, living room and kitchen were areas that needed the most attention. I knew I had a big cleaning job on my hands and needed a big cleaning crew. I decided to call the service based on their reviews on how they handle big jobs. The agent was very nice and helpful and moreover they set me up with the cleaning at a reasonable price. The girls worked in my home patiently and covered all the areas I hoped for. I am extremely satisfied with the service and will be using My Atlanta Maid again.

The ladies were very professional and came ready to work. I have a 2 bath, 3 bedroom, etc. They had there own supplies and were done in a jiffy. I could not have done a better job myself if I had the time.

I threw a last minute dinner party this past weekend. I would not have had time to clean and prepare for the party. They were able to come out the sameday. The party was a success. Thank you again My Atlanta Maid.

I have used My Atlanta Maid since I moved to Atlanta from New York. I couldn’t be happier with this wonderful company. From the appointment setters to the crew that cleans they are all A+ in my book. I look forward to their weekly arrival. I have my little list of chores prepared for them before they arrive. They not only do everything that I asked but also seem to do the extra little things that I forgot to mention. Once I found those little toilet bowl fresheners in all of my bathrooms. I called to thank Katie the manager and she said “It was her pleasure to provide me with the extras to ensure my satisfaction” …I mean Wow do companies really do that these days? This one does. Very pleased and Very thankful, Highly Highly recommend.

We are 100% satisfied. We have used My Atlanta Maid for almost 3 months now, and have no intention of using anyone else. Anna takes great care of us and any concern that we've ever had has been dealt with right away and to our satisfaction. We trust and appreciate them. Couldn't ask for anything more.

I own rental property and recently had some very sloppy people move and leave behind a horrible mess. They spilled a coke (or 2) behind the couch and on the wall, the bathroom looked like a truck stop that hadn't been cleaned in monthsmaybe years, the kitchen floor, counters and appliances were repulsive and there was dog fur EVERYWHERE. And, I mean EVERYWHERE! I called My Atlanta Maid and they were able to schedule service immediately! Amanda did an incredible job! Several hours later and after a carpet shampoo, (somehow!) the condo was move-in ready. Thanks My Atlanta Maid :)
