ADVANCED CHIMNEY SWEEPS

I could not be happier with Advanced Chimney Sweeps. I found Dan on Kudzu and called because I was coming to Atlanta to check on our rental house. I needed to get the chimney cleaned and checked while I was in town and Dan accommodated my schedule. He was efficient, courteous, and even repaired the damper that had come off the hinge. Thank you for a great job. I would highly recommend Advanced Chimney Sweeps to anyone.

I just wanted to add my comments because I have received great service using Kudzu reviews. I called Advanced Chimney last Dec because of smoke coming in my house. The service person told me the chimney was in good shape and just needed to be cleaned. I then used my fireplace all winter and into spring without any further problems. Advanced is honest, prompt, and reasonable.

We had a superior experience with this company. They were promt, courteous and very reasonable. The product was delivered on time and the service was commenable. We will recommend this business to all of our friends, and would recommend using them to everyone.

Tenny cleared debris that had fallen into the chimney due to a faulty chimney cage. During this process, he encountered several live squirrels and removed them from the chimney without incident. Then he replaced the chimney cage so that squirrels could not get in anymore! Tenny went out of his way to make sure that we were completely satisfied that the chimney was all clear.

We wanted a second opinion for our chimney - we had a cleaning by a company, that said we had to have the chimney replaced for $4000! Advance Chimney Sweeps did an inspection for us - he was very prompt, experienced, reasonably priced, and explained what he observed; our chimney checked out in good shape, and he did not try to sell us anything we did not need.

Tenny Corbett was prompt and courteous when looking at my chimney. Even though we ended up not needing 'sweeping', he helped us fix a problem with our flue that had plagued us for years. I'd recommend him to neighbors.

Dan is amazing, just like all his reviews. He was the least expensive and he charged me less than he quoted. I also had him install gas logs for me, which he did such a great job. I have an old fireplace and a piece broke while he was cleaning it, so he ran out to replace it and didn't even charge me. Then the next day, which was Sunday, I smelled gas, so I called his number, not really expecting to hear from him, but he called me within the hour to make sure I did everything okay and that I was safe. He advised I call the gas company to inspect and they came out. Everything was okay, just have a leak to replace, which was not Dan's fault. I really can't say enough of what a great job and service Dan provides. I highly recommend Advanced Chimney Sweeps! Thanks Dan!!!

on time. professional. no upsell. did just what they said they'd do. whoever manages their operations should give seminars to contractors/service professionals. this is how you do business. i will recommend them, use again as needed and trust their price estimates.

Highly recommended. Showed up early, and called first. Neat, no mess left behind, extremely professional. Wouldn't use anyone else.
