These guys are just terrific. They are responsive, professional and very friendly (and HONEST) to deal with. We've used them for everything from sink problems to hot water tank issues and know we can count on them being here when they say and getting the job done right. A great family business that cares about their customers!

I had a water pipe bust in a ceiling above the bottom and upstairs floor. I called a little after 7AM on a Monday and they were at my house shortly after 8AM. They were very methodical in trying to determine where my issue was being very careful not to cut more holes in the ceiling than necessary. I watched their process and analysis of the triage very closely. Very sharp folks. The resolved the issue quickly and helped me discover that I had an issue with my pressure regulator. They will be out to fix that in the very near future. It's nice to know I have a great plumbing company when I need them.

I have used Keep Smiling Plumbing for my repair and installation needs for 15 plus years. They are courteous, dependable, and do highly professional quality work. You always receive a call to let you know that the technician is on the way. They keep a full inventory of parts on their truck. The work area is always left clean when the job is completed. We've used Keep Smiling Plumbing for a variety of plumbing jobs over the course of 10 years or so. Carl and company are exactly what I look for in a service company: efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Any materials they supply will be of the highest quality, and the work will "stay done" -- no return trips due to shoddy workmanship. I can't praise them more highly.

I have been using Keep Smiling plumbers for many years now. They are always efficient, do high quality and pleasant. Every time they come they do a great job with a smile. I can see why they are called keep smiling plumbing. They have come to my house to fix toilets, leaky faucets, outside hose pipe attachments, replaced garbage disposals, and various plumbing jobs over the years. I have recommended them to many people and everyone always has kind words and praise about them! Great job!!

Brandt came in the time he was scheduled. It only took him 20 minutes to fix one of our toilets, then he finshed the second one in the same time. He was quick, efficient, knowlegable and friendly. I thought the price was fair and it sure beat trying to do the work myself. Thanks.

Hourly rates are fantastic compared to other service companies. Presentable, courteous employees and fantastic service. I have found my plumber for life and will definitely be reccomending them to everyone I know. I look forward to having Keep Smiling finish the plumbing in my basement in the near future

I have been in Conyers for about 9 months and I have never needed a plumber. Recently we decided to have our faucets replaced in our home to a little nicer quality one. After looking at Kudzu we decided on keep you smiling. We went out and purchased four faucets, one for the kitchen and three for the bathrooms. We simply needed someone to install them. Called Keep Smiling and they quoted us $420.00. I thought that was a little expensive but as long as we got good quality, we could accept that. The company came out and it took them about three hours to install the faucets and we received a final bill of $580.00. That comes to about $193.00 an hour. Wish I made that an hour, but hey I only work on military jets. Even though we stay in a practically new subdivision, they took it upon themselves to replace every hose under each sink even though the old ones were fine and without asking for our approval to do so. This should have been a choice for us to make and not something that they just automatically did. The kitchen faucet is a little shaky but I was told that it was the faucet not the installation. We were told that they could look at the faucet and tell that it wasn't good quality. Imagine that!!! I bet the quality would have been much better had we spent another $500.00 to purchase their faucets, huh. Anyway there was not anything that just jumped out at me, or thoroughly impressed meoh they did wave the $10.00 trip charge and that really helped me out!!!

I've known the Keep Smiling Guys for many years now. They are extremely knowledgable at what they do, and are genuinely good people looking to provide a service to those who need it. They are honest at explaining services they can provide (most any indoor plumbing work) and can't provide (outdoor line replacement). I highly recommend them.
