HP Exteriors replaced our siding with HardiePlank & HardieShingle, installed new front columns and painted everything. Chris & Harmony are easy to work with, accessible throughout the process and do an exceptional job of managing their crews. The siding crew is excellent at what they do and the painting crew is good. Both crews do a great job of cleaning up. We are very happy with our decision to use HP Exteriors for this project and recommend them to everyone who is looking for quality, experience and great service!!! Not to mention she has soooo much knowledgeshe always had answers to all my many questions, even when it was not about the siding. Great work. Workers great and friendly. It has been my pleasure doing business with HP Exteriors. Chris & Harmony are so professional, knowledgeable and honest. They offer solutions and choices and are so willing to assist you in your decisions. They are both very open and you can always count on excellent communication. I was not harassed by them while I compared estimates prior to making my final decision. My windows were replaced and it's amazing what impact it has on my home. The price was not the steepest & I believe you get what you pay for. The installers were very friendly & deligent in their work. They were very good at what they do. I will be recommending them to family & co-workers in the future. I will also be getting my new siding in the next few weeks if the weather permits. Completely Satisfied in Historic College Park, GA. We contracted with HP Exteriors for Hardi-Plank siding replacement. Contracting: Chris was knowledgeable and negotiaged a more than satisfactory price, Harmony was available via email and phone throughout the project, the siding installers were industrious and superior in clean up, the painters industrious however we had some issues re: clean-up; ALL issues were quickly addressed and remedied. Will definitely use HP Exteriours for future projects.

We had HP Exteriors replace one side of our siding with HardiPlank and some of our windows and everything looks great. They got the job done quickly and Harmony & Chris were great about checking up on how we felt about the progress and made sure that we were 100% happy. We will be having more done next year and we are definately having them come out and do the work.

My wife and I contracted with HP Exteriors to replace our existing siding with HardiPlank and to paint the siding and trim. We got quotes from two other large reputable companies and was quite pleased that HP came in with both a lower price and a better understanding of Hardi requirements for installation and addressing roof and foundation interface issues. Harmony and Chris coordinated well with all of their workers and addressed all issues quickly and to our satisfaction. I won't say we didn't have some minor glitches (I cannot stress how important asking all the right questions up front or as quickly as identified is with ANY contractor), but HP made everything right in quick fashion. They also seem like a company committed to taking responsibility and learning from every issue. They were fortunate to get started on the project just as the temps dropped a bit, and even worked through the holiday weekend to get finished and to take advantage of the rain-free days. As a result, our project was completed quite a bit quicker than originally thought. We are very happy with the result, as are our neighbors - who cleaned out the referral card holder.

HP replaced our roof, gutters and Hardiplank siding this summer. We are pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the services they provided. The crews were here on time, worked diligently and finished on schedule. Chris and Harmony were very helpful throughout the process and kept us informed and updated.

When embarking on a home repair and renovation project, rarely does one anticipate a pleasant experience. The dreaded task is postponed until the only option left for a homeowner is to make that call. Fortunately, because of a neighbor’s recommendation, we made the call to Chris and Harmony Sockman at HP Exteriors. We needed rotten wood replaced, a deck rebuilt, doors installed, Handiplank siding installed, and the exterior of the house painted.
Thank you, Chris and Harmony, for your excellent management of this major renovation effort, the efficient and pleasant workmen, getting back to me in a timely manner, keeping a close check on the work, keeping us updated on the day-to-day happenings, honest and up front sharing of information regarding costs, and all the other little things that you both did to make this as good an experience as possible. We are very pleased with our up-dated and again attractive home. It was a lovely experience that I would not mind repeating, and look forward to our next project together.

If I were to evaluate Harmony & Chris Sockman solely on the basis of their desire to please and satify their customers, I'd have to give them 5 stars. However, actual performance has to be considered first. They seemed quite ambitious to say they would do our roof replacement in one August Monday. They put tarps all around to catch debris as they tore off the old roof. That went quickly, but then things seemed to slow down. I think the on-site supervisor took off awhile to check another job. It was past 6:00 and the crew was still working. A call from Chirs said they'd work till dark (about 8:30). I noted for him 3 tasks that were obviously incomplete: installation of a skylight, getting an exhaust fan operating, and the small roof over our front porch had not been touched. By dark all but the fan had been done.

By light of the next day we discovered the porch roof had been replaced without installing the ridge vent that was called for in the contract. There was also lots of trash to clean up.They worked quickly on the clean up, but in the end I thought they could have done a more careful job. It took 3 tries, the last by Chris himself, to get the fan going. The ridge vent was installed. On Wednesday morning the dumpster was hauled away, and the job was complete. Overall I'd give them 3 stars, not quite 4.

I had HP put Hardiplank on the entire house and paint. I only had A rated BBB contractors with high Kudzu ratings out to quote and HP was the lowest and most friendly of all of them. They were amazingly professional and knowledgeable. The crews were on time, considerate, hard workers and mostly cleaned up after themselves. They were very open to fixing anything and everything that we pointed out- even some things that we asked them to do that weren't part of the job they did for no charge. I would recommend them to all my friends and definitely use them again. Thanks Harmony & Chris!
