Fraudulent Billing, be aware!!
They charged for my daughter's visit at the time of the visit and never billed the insurance for it. After several un-returned phone calls, they finally filed with the insurance and got paid twice. It's been 3 months and, still several un-returned phone calls later, I haven't received a refund. It's definitely not worth the hassle.

Rude Staff. Fraudulent Billing
They billed insurance for a surgery, when in reality it was in-patient removal of mole. Refused to correct issue. Costs me a lot of money. They refused to correct issue. I could not get a billing manager to come to the phone. Staff was not only rude to me. Staff was rude to my insurance company. Sherrie-Ann Straughn MD is the doctor at this practice. Please do yourself a favor and read other reviews Dr. Straughn on this website.
