NGA Door & Window

I had my whole house re-done six months ago, NGA did all the windows and I am extremely happy with everything they did. They were prompt, knowledgable, and courteous. They even took their shoes off on the inside work! I would recommend them to anyone. The windows look great no leaks. Best of all I get a $1500.00 tax credit. Thanks NGA for making this all so easy!

I called for quote for my front windows and were very reasonable. I had to wait about 5 weeks for install because they were special order. I will use them again.

NGA Door hung new windows in my whole house. When we called them, they gave a good price with no high pressure sales. Very refreshing. They did everything they said they would do and when they said they would do it. On hanging day, they arrived promptly and went to work.
Everyone was professional and courteous--we could not have been more pleased. And I love my new windows!

For 10-15 minutes of reset/alignment work, I was charged $359.00!! When I complained at how expensive it was, Jason said, that is what the company charges, and continued to tell me I could get half off if I purchased a torsion conversion system. (they were quick to get here, same day, and did okay work, just too expensive) I wish I had checked around more before going with them.

The experience that I had with Ross and Jason for both my locks and garage door was great. I called him on a Tuesday and that same day, my garage door was fixed by Jason. And the following day (Wednesday) Ross came out and changed all the locks and he fixed doors that were lose that I was not even aware of. I was not expecting the type of service I received. I am very happy!!

We had NGA Door out to fix our front door. From the initial call to their office to the repairman getting to the house, everything was perfect. These guys are as professional as it gets. Great work!

I had NGA Door replace my back door. I was very happy with the end result. My old door never sealed properly allowing not only cold air in,but rain also. My new door opens/closes very smoothly, locks easily, and best of all it seals shut. I have no more daylight, air or water coming into my home. I will use these guys again in the future as I plan on replaceing my front door.

I used this company to build a screened in pourch on the back of my house and replace my storm damaged front door. I was so impressed by not only the high quality of work, but the great customer service experiance I had. This company I would recomend to anyone needing this type of work. A+
