Pace Flooring Designs Incorporated

I just read the review for Pace Flooring Designs and feel obligated to mention that this one bad experience review is not an isolated instance.

I have money owed to my company by Pace Flooring Designs and incomplete tile work.

Non-responsive and elusive with return phone calls. I would caution new clients to be thorough in dealing with this company.

Make sure you are satisfied before paying for the services,

We now have $1600 owed to our company and have asked for tile to repay for the debt with no response. CAUTION

I have learned that Vance Pace, with whom I dealt for my project and with whom I had problems, is no longer with this company. Once Gina Pace discovered that there was an outstanding issue with my project, she called me to resolve the problem. She promptly reimbursed me for the out-of-pocket expenses I paid to repair my phone line. My dispute has been resolved to my satisfaction. I hired this company based on the excellent Kudzu reviews. Although I had a bad experience, I do think my case was an isolated incident. While I have never met Gina, she has been pleasant to work with in resolving my issues.

We were extremely pleased with the knowledge, quality workmanship, and awesome results provided by Pace Flooring and their staff! Everyone that sees it just raves about our new flooring and the unique design that Gina and Vance were able to help us incorporate into the remodeling plans for our home. Their expertise was invaluable and their attention to detail is hard to find! Their staff was very accommodating, neat and trustworthy as an additional bonus! We were able to go on vacation and come home to gorgeous new floors!

After switching to Pace Flooring, my company will use no other. I have been in the building business for over 10 years & have worked with several flooring companies; none have compared to the quality & service that Pace has ceased to demonstrate. Pace Flooring not only impressed me, they also left a feeling of reliability & good faith with the purchasers of the homes I've built. Now that's priceless!

Gina and Vance were awesome on our recent project!We live in Cumming which I know is not convenient for them but Gina came out of the show us samples without hesitation.The installation of the flooring was quick and the installers were very nice and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use Pace Flooring for our future projects.

Vance and Gina were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They came out the day after we requested an in home estimate.(Which I thought was very quick!) They were very thorough and answered any and all questions that my husband and I had. The crew that actually put in our hard wood floors were very flexible with their schedule and got our floors done much faster than I was expecting. The crew was very friendly and very clean! They cleaned up the entire work area before leaving. My overall experience with Pace was an excellent one. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to put new flooring in! I am going to use them again in the near future for other parts of our home. Thank you SO MUCH for the wonderful service and beautiful floors!!!

Gina & Vance are great people to work with and honestly care about the quality of their work. They give an honest evaluation,fair price, and follow up on their work. Gina gave me several options to fit any budget and didnt try to sell me what I dint need. It's a great added bonus that they are wonderful and friendly people. I will certainly use them again.

Gina came out look at remodeling our masterbath, but she was so helpful in choosing our paint colors, and other things that weren't from her, that we more...

we are real estate agents and have seen alot of flooring installations over the past 20 years but none of them were as dependable and used the same quality materials as pace flooring. we were so impressed that when we built our own home they were the company we chose for our flooring needs. they did an excellent job.
