Looked Everywhere!
I searched since March for a refinance and all of the mortgage guys i worked with wasted my time. one took as long as a month and a half and still denied my loan! lighthouse Mortgage closed my loan in a shorter time than it took the other guys to deny me so Im real happy with the service i got there. next time I'll just call Lighthouse mortgage before all the other guysand save alot of time

Purchasing a home
I am in the final stages of closing a loan on a short sale and Lighthouse Mortgage has been very helpful. They educated me on what it would take to buy a house that would need to be sold as a short sale. and they put me in touch with a great real estate agent to help me find a great house. Thanks

I always call Erik Waterman first. He has advised me on how to handle my mortgage finances and other liabilities for seven years. He has never steered me wrong and I am happy that he now has his own company. Congratulations.

I saved alot of money with lighthouse mortage
I spent a few months looking for a company that would refinance my home to a lower rate. Not going to mention any names directly. But lighthouse mortgage was the last place I looked and they gave me the best deal. the other companies had excessive fees they tried to charge me but not lighthouse mortgage. Glad i found them on kudzu.

fast and reliable
lots of mortgage companies tried to refinance my home but they just strung me along and weren't even able to do what they promised in the end. erik and lighthouse mortgage on the other hand worked fast and got me a loan at a lower rate. i wish i would have called lighthouse first this time but i will call them first next time.

fantastic
Like everyone, I've been having a tough time economically. Erik helped me cashout on some of the equity in my home and it has really helped me deal with the tough time I'm going through. The refi was quick and painless so I was able to worry about more important things.

Great to call for information
I've worked with lighthouse mortgage a few times but what I really like about calling them up is that they want to help even when the timing isn't right for me to get a loan. Erik is always real helpful and last time I called he was honest with me and let me know that now wasn't the right time for a refinance. he still talked with me about my loan and what kinds of options I had and was very educational.
When the timing is right for a refi though I will be calling lighthouse back for sure.

Best Guidance
Lighthouse Mortgage processed my loan for me with no hastles and great dilligence. The best thing was when we sat down at the closing table my monthly payment was even lower than I had expected. Thanks Lighthouse
