Steve was able to squeeze us in at the last minute so we could get our inspection done more quickly. He was great at answering questions for us and brought up items in the report that we had expressed concern on. We highly recommend him.

We enjoyed going through this company as first time home buyers because they were able to explain anything and also give us detailed information in the summary folder they gave us.

Steve Sheldon was able to respond on a short notice for our home inspection. He did a thorough and detailed job. He performed the inspection a Saturday and provided report within 24 hours. Steve was very open in sharing information during the time we followed up with questions.

I'm an out-of-state REALTOR who does a lot of relo work to the Atlanta area. Recently, I had clients moving to that area who were ready, willing and able to purchase. They found a home they were interested in purchasing but wanted to make sure the condition of the home was worth what they were willing to offer. I suggested they have a home inspection. I contacted HomeProbe, at their request, and Steve contacted them. They called the other day to inform me that he was timely, professional and thorough in his work. He spent the time answering their questions and they now have an accepted contract! I'm extremely impressed and would use Steve and his company again.

I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Steve Sheldon and HomeProbe. Steve did an inspection and review of my home recently and I found his company to be professional, honest, knowledgeable and thorough. He looked at all areas inside and outside of my home. Steve provided me with an excellent summary and complete details of his findings. He was able to find problem areas that I never noticed and delivered his message in a concise and thoughtful manner. Even though he spent a fair amount of time on the project Steve was so efficient I never knew that he was there. I would strongly recommend HomeProbe and Steve Sheldon to anyone interested in having a high quality yet reasonably priced home inspection.

Steve contacted us after hearing we had our house on the market from a family member.
Scheduling the appointment was easy. He was very accommadating to our schedule. Steve was right on time and finished the job in the time frame he set out for us. Was professional in every way.
