Working with this company was a delight. Mez returned my call promptly and was at our home within an hour. He diagnosed the problem (a bad CD-ROM drive) and told me how to fix it myself. After a quick trip to Office Depot to buy a new drive, I installed it and was back in business within a few hours of calling Mez.

Their prices are quite reasonable and Mez is personable, has a great sense of humor and obviously knows his stuff. Atlanta Computer Repair Center has just become our go-to computer repair company. This is a company I can recommend without reservation.

The prices are good and the repair technician was friendly and responded in a timely fashion to phone calls and emails. I would recommend this company to others.

I run my business from home and am pretty good with almost anything that comes up. After a really frustrating half a day lost on trying to beat a virus that had taken over both of my work computers (was too worried to turn on a different computer in the house) and was at a complete stand still. These guys came over the same day, fixed the problem and set me up with simple to operate network system that will keep me from ever having a virus again- plus a better system for transferring information from one computer to another for my employee, all for what I would gladly have paid for just the service call. All around a great deal!

I was very pleased with the fast service. A tech was at my home within 20 mins. and had my system up and running within 45 mins. Their prices are excellent compared to The Geek Squad. I will recommend anyone that has a computer problem to call Atlanta Computer Repair Center to solve their problem.

This company provides great service. Excellent follow up,on time for appointment, clear explanation and solutions of the problem. You must call this company if you have a problem!! You won't regret it!!

Dealt with Mez who exceeded expectations. Know his stuff! On time, follow through, available afterwards, fixed what needed to be fixed. Gave solid advice on what should and should not invest in repairing. Wish every supplier we had approached their all around performance.

I received a callback within 1 hour of my voicemail. I was in desperate need to get my computer fixed asap, and recover my documents/ pictures for my work.

I really don't know much about computers, other than how to use them and I felt luck that I was able to setup an appointment for the next day. Geek Squad had a 6 day wait.

The technician (Alex Sanges) was very informative and was able to answer all of my questions clearly and in detail.

The pricing was more than reasonable, and I was able to have my computer back in my hands in 2 days. (It was actually running better now than ever)

After everything was said and done, I called back a few days later for a few additional/ minor questions. This company really goes out of their way to provide excellent, excellent customer service.

Great Pricing, Knowledgeable Staff, Fast Turn-around Time.

I went to Geek Squad first they gave me terrible advice and a quote of $500-1000 to fix my problem!! ACRC was fast to help me. Mez showed up on time, and helped me get ALL of my data off my dead laptop. He was very polite and informative. The fee was WAY less than GS!! :) I highly recommend this company for all your computer repair needs.

I would recommend this company to anyone, they were very professional and friendly. The guy who worked on my computer (Mez), brought my computer back to my apartment at 11pm on a Saturday night!
