Fails the Customer Service Test
I called to give them my new phone number, only to discover that for 2 years while I had a COMCAST line, the house had not been monitored nor did they ever test the connection to my house. The woman in billing nastily informed me that testing the connection was my responsibility -"so tough luck sucker?" not "Oh, I'm sorry, blah blah blah." She was wrong because prior to Comcast they had called me to check my connection. Well, they must be so big they don't need me, so I shook the dust of them off my sandals and am getting Northstar installed today. Sorry I gave ADT over 30 years of my custom.
