Simply the best
Got Carpets came out for same day service and saved carpets that I was sure were ruined. If your electricity is not turned on yet, she can still do the job with her truckmounted system generator. She was the only person I was able to find with that capability. When it got too dark to finish she agreed to come back the next morning for no additional charge. I will gladly call this company for all my carpet cleaning needs.

She saved my social life!
Who else do i need when I have Krystal a phone call away. I have a dog that roams my house just as much as I do; with that being said she continually tracks all outdoors inside the house. With my wild house partys I can't afford for my dog to ruin my great presentation with filthy floors. So I will always call on Krystal to save me like my own personal carpet hero!

More than I Expected
When Krystal arrived, she was very professional and businesslike. She surveyed the area that I wanted cleaned, gave an estimate, recommended treatment for some soiled areas and began. I was impressed by the fact that she asked if I wanted certain pieces of furniture moved. I have used major companies and this was never asked. I have rice white carpet which had some stains but one major stain. When Krystal treated the minors stains, they were not recognizeable and the major one was lifted/raised and you can barely see it. I have recommended her to others as they have seen my carpet since her cleaning. I give Krystal five thumbs up in all categories. She will continue to service my carpet wherever I live in this area. Came to the rescue
Came in from out of town to a voicemail from my wife about to sell my dog. I called Krystal in urgent need of professional care to clean up several dog accidents I was worried I would make worse especially since one of the rugs was silk and wool. She got to my house in less than 45 minutes and took care of the problems. Super-friendly and has been doing this kind of work for many years so I'm quite pleased with the job! I would definetly recommend.

Terrific Job

Got Carpets? got the stains out
Krystal came within the scheduled time frame and got right down to business. She was in and out in about 30 minutes. I had an area rug and a large carpeted room to clean. She threw in Scotch Guard to make up the difference for the standard three-room rate. A large water stain and a few pet vomit stains are now gone. The carpet looks as good as new. And the fee was reasonable. Highly recommended!

Great service, great price!
As a mother of twins, I was looking for a safe, cost effective service to take care of carpets in bedrooms. This came from a recommendation from another mother so I tried it and was very pleased with the service as well as the customer service. Will definitely use again soon!

I have used Krystal several times and always have been more than pleased with the carpet cleaning she has done. She is not only one that is very good at her job but also very reliable on what she tells you. She is so reasonable and honest I have had her listed in our 2009-10 sub division directory as a someone to use when carpet cleaning is needed.

Great Job!
Krystle did an amazing job on the carpets. They looked like new for our tenants. She even did me a favor and helped me get a shower head off since we didn't have the tool. She showed up on time and did exactly what we asked. Got carpets went above and beyond. Thanks! Lindsay
