Magnum Collision Repair Center

This is the second time Magnum has done repairs on our Miata. I love looking at the exotic cars when we're there, but Magnum gives our 18-year-old, 186k mile daily driver that same high quality and respect that the expensive guys get. Every time the car goes in, it comes out looking better than it went in, to the point where they even improved a prior repair that I would have said was already excellent. Their customer service is also top-notch, knowledgeable, and friendly. In another few years when it's time to fully restore the Miata, I don't plan to take it anywhere else to have the whole car re-done.

I just purchased a used car that is only a year and a half old. I didn't inspect the body as well as I should have and there was a wind noise coming from the passenger side. I wasn't too worried about it, after all, it's covered by the manufacturers warranty, right? Wrong! I took it to the dealership and they told me that even though the CarFax report was completely clean that the car had been worked on and they weren't going to do anything for me (except charge me $70 for even looking at it). They said that there were 2 gaskets that they could replace at a cost of $600 that might fix the problem but there was no guarantee. I took it to Magnum to see if they could help me. George, from Magnum took a ride with me and within 5 minutes had diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He noticed that the old part was installed incorrectly. They had me in and out of there with everyone treating me very professionally. They called me when the part arrived, finished the work when promised and did everything else right along the way. I can't say enough about what a positive experience this was due to George (Jorge Fernandez) and the entire Magnum staff. Thank you!

I recently had a major finder bender that turned my world upside down. I don’t know much about insurance, and the thought of having to deal with my car repair put me in a panic. I was referred to Magnum Collision by a friend, and it was the best thing that could have every happened to my car!

From the moment I arrived at Magnum I was greeted with smiling faces, everyone was attentive and wanted to make my car repair easy and convenient. I mainly dealt with Jorge Fernandez, a manager at Magnum who truly made my car repair trouble-free. He communicated to me continuously on the repair of my vehicle, and was so professional about explaining every detail in regards to my car. Like I mentioned, I don’t know anything about cars, so it was very nice of Jorge to take the time to explain every step of the insurance and repair process to me. When I picked up my vehicle I couldn’t believe it was mine, it was so clean that it felt brand new. My car looked as if it had never been in an accident.

I am very pleased with my overall experience with magnum, and would defiantly refer them to anyone in need. Thanks to everyone at magnum and a special thanks Jorge, It was nice to be involved in the repair process of my car every step of the way!

I had my conversion van repaired at Magnum and picked it up on September 9. We had been rear-ended and the entire back of the van, doors and all had to be replaced. A police officer pulled me over 4 weeks later because my license plate was not lit (part of the van repaired). I called our service repair manager and he remembered checking the light before we took the van home but insisted I brought it back. He found a burned out bulb and changed it free of charge. We would recommend them to anyone due to their outstanding customer care and service!!!

My family has used Magnum for years, but on our most previous repair (my car) I had to practically harass them to get any information on what was going on with my vehicle! I was promised updates that never came and was put off every time I called to inquire. Even worse, I was spoken to like I was ignorant - they literally said "You wouldn't understand" when I asked about my repairs! Magnum had my car much longer than needed for the necessary repairs and they were actually going to hold MY vehicle over a dispute with an insurance company about the cost! My car looked fabulous when I finally got it back, but I would seriously thought I might go elsewhere in the future.

However, After writing this review the owner and management of Magnum BOTH contacted me within 24 hours to discuss the situation. Like I said, my family has been dealing with Magnum for years and had never had a single problem until this last repair. I was assured that Magnum was very concerned about how poorly I was treated by my project manager and that they have already taken appropriate measures to ensure nobody else is treated the way I was and assured me that the way I was dealt with is unacceptable. I have not needed any more repairs to my vehicle (thank goodness!) but after the response I received from management over this review I am incredibly impressed with how concerned management truly is with their customers I will probably return in the future!

When I went in to pick up my car, I said, "If your repairs are as good as your customer service, I am one happy customer!" And they were! The car looks great. Magnum made the whole process easy. The Service Manager, Donnie Logan, kept in touch with me and up-to-date on everything. Thank you, Donnie and everyone at Magnum!

Unmatched customer service from Adam and Amy. I was treated like a friend and was kept abreast of all updates throughout the process. I will never take a vehicle anywhere except Magnum Collision Repair Center!!!!

I recently took my 2004 BMW M3 in for repairs to fix some moderate damage in a very hard to repair spot on the rear quarter panel. The car was in immaculate shape before taking it in so I was concerned how it would turn out. To my surprise it was even better when it came out then when I brought it in.

These guys are the best, especially for high end cars! As long as I live in the Atlanta area, I will never take any car I have elsewhere if it needs repairing.

My 2009 Toyota Camry received substantial damage after a collision.
The folks at Magnum did a fantastic job on the repairs and paint! It looks
perfect. My contact guy George Fernandez kept me posted and answered all my questions. Everyone at Magnum was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them.

My mechanic highly recommended Magnum to do the body work after I was hit in a parking lot. The wheel well was very dented up. Magnum did a great job. You'd never know it had ever been hit. They were very professional, took care of reserving a rental car the day I dropped my car off (Enterprise has a desk onsite in their shop) and the work was completed when they said it would be. I would use them again (hopefully won't have to) and would highly recommend them to friends and family. Great job Magnum!
