We contracted with Arnold & Sons to complete a kitchen renovation as well as other home repairs. Overall, we feel the work was done well. They were very timely, even finishing the project ahead of schedule. The owner was very responsive to questions and concerns. Even after the project was completed he has returned for all touch ups we have requested.

I had Arnold & Sons do a few things at my house. Their work was mediocre at best. The grout in my kitchen tile is cracking already (within the first couple months of install). I asked Bion to put something over my brand new granite countertops when grouting backsplash, he said he would but didn't and left grout all over the countertops, on my brand new cabinets and grout water dripping down my brand new $1000 dishwasher which ended up rusting in spots. Though Bion does decent trim work, Tim (who no longer works there) did a bunch of trimwork that was AWFUL and they just caulk all the gaps, that was their response when I showed them the awful trimwork, "Caulk hides everything". There were a few occasions where they would be hours late and would not call or answer their cells. The price was fair but I guess you get what you pay for. Bion also did not cut under our door jam when tiling the kitchen floor. When asked what he was going to do there, he said he would put shoe moulding??? In a door jam??? Tim was a typical arrogant salesman, who I'm beginning to think was the one who wrote all these five star reviews, but like I said he no longer works there. Would NEVER use this company again!!!!!

Called requesting a contractor to come and give an estimated of the job we wanted to have done on our home. We needed windows, doors and roof replaced. Had appointment for 1130AM on June 26th, 2009. The contractor never showed up and never called to cancel. Needless to say, we were very disappointed.

Our family has used Arnold and Sons for many years and have always been pleased and aprrecated their work. They have remodled our kitchen, redid our bay window and many other peojects in our home. We know no matter how large or small the project maybe it will always be done properly and at a high standard.

We wanted to replace windows and doors in our home because of their age and we wanted energy efficient windows. One window was a large arched picture window which we knew would be difficult to replace. Bi did a fantastic job on the entire window replacement project. We were so pleased with his work that we contracted with him to finish our basement into living space. Again, his work was outstanding and he stayed with the quoted price even though several changes were made as the work progressed. Bi is a man of his word. He is a very talented and trustworthy contractor which is so rare today!

Great remodeling company! Bion's crew completely gutted both the master bath and hall bathrooms. They helped with the design, material selection (and where to find items.)They arrived on time and were considerate and respectful (I was home during the day and never had any problems.) They tiled, painted, and installed all fixtures. They cleaned up each day before leaving, and kept me apprised of everything, making the job as unintrusive as possible. Quality work from a great crew. We've already used them for additional small projects.

Our front door unit, including side windows and large windows above needed replacement because of rotting wood. They did a beautiful job getting the unit set in perfectly. They took the job seriously even though it was a "small" job compared to their usual and they were very professional. I am delighted every time I pull in my driveway. Thank you.

Fantastic job in gutting and remodeling our master bath. Many helpful suggestions in design, where to find high quality fixtures and tile at an excellent value, and providing options for construction and finishing. Crew was dependable, timely, respectful, and very clean. Felt at ease having them in my home, whether we were present or not. Also felt comfortable in having them in our home, around my wife and children while I was not present.

Already planning the next 2 projects with them (kitchen and front porch remodel) . Quotes are in hand, design and materials already thought out, and will get them scheduled as soon as they have an opening.

Quality remodeling !!

They have done several projects in our home,and I have been impressed each time. They have painted, knocked out walls, built closets, replaced doors and door frames (which included tearing out hardwood floors and replacing them), as well as many other jobs here and there. First, they are very dependable -always show up on time. Once they get started on a project, they get it done in a timely manner. Furthermore, my favorite part is that they clean up their messes. I have never had to go behind them and clean up which is unusual. Finally, I have always felt that their prices are reasonablefar lower than other quotes we were given. I highly recommend them for any remodeling project..you will get quality work for a fair price.
